CSG Talent is a Global Food and Dairy beverage Manufacturer looking for a proven Process Engineer for a brand new site. The Process Engineer will be responsible for implementing technical projects, maintaining industrial networks, and assisting with technical issue resolution on the plant floor. Responsibilities • All plant personnel have the responsibility to monitor and report any deviations from our Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs to your immediate supervisor • Ensure plant industrial systems are maintained at optimum efficiency • Program systems to interact with the industrial network such as corporate ERP or factory efficiency systems • Be a resource for data mining for plant and coordinate operations • Assist in implementation of programming for plant capital projects • Make necessary changes to current systems to meet operational needs • Participate in the selection process for new equipment • Assist with implementation of projects as chosen by the plant teams • Support the Maintenance Manager during project implementation • SQF Support - Responsible for development, training, implementation and compliance to the SQF program Skills • Degree or Certification in Engineering or equivalent work experience required • 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment or industrial programming • 3-5 years' experience in management and employee development • Experience working with cross functional teams, in a dynamic environment • Thorough understanding of plant operations Company Overview • CSG Talent is a provider of staffing and recruitment services. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects, primarily focused on Curtain Walls, Window wall, Storefronts, Metal Panels and more. You will enjoy the autonomy to handle daily tasks, actively participating in all project phases from design to completion. Responsibilities: • Responsible for administering Curtainwall project of High Rise Buildings. from pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, turnover and contract closeout • Coordinate the shop drawing and submittal process by collaborating with Architects, Engineers, Drafters, and Factory to establish a solid project foundation, including attendance at various design meetings. • Obtain current structural drawings from the General Contractor and interface drawings from other trades for site use. • Establish Schedules of Values for projects, assisting with monthly requisitions, change orders, and other project accounting duties. • Develop project schedules based on client requirements, factual durations, and lead times. • Coordinate material release for fabrication in alignment with the project schedule. • Provide project design managers with details and sketches for non-compliant conditions, including structural drawings and those from other trades interfacing with the curtain wall. • Obtain construction permits, follow job safety & insurance program, ensure project is in accordance with the code and requirement. • Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus. • General knowledge of the construction industry and its standard practices (preferred). • Knowledge of the curtainwall industry (a plus).

This role ensures that machinery operates at maximum efficiency, downtime is minimised, and compliance with food safety, regulatory, and occupational health standards is maintained. The Maintenance Manager leads a team of maintenance technicians and works closely with production, quality assurance, and safety teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Manage, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers. Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Equipment Maintenance & Reliability Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in meat processing. Ensure minimal unplanned downtime by implementing reliability-centered maintenance practices. Facility & Utility Management Oversee maintenance of plant facilities including refrigeration systems, HVAC, boilers, compressors, water treatment, and waste systems. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services. Maintain compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards. Planning & Budgeting Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory, labor, and contracted services. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend capital investments or upgrades. Track and report on key maintenance KPIs (downtime, cost per unit, mean time to repair, etc.). Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and worker safety regulations. Partner with Quality Assurance and Safety teams to support plant audits and inspections. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment-related incidents. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of maintenance management experience in food processing, manufacturing, or meat processing industry. Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
