The Junior Training Department Specialist will develop and maintain high-quality digital training content, transitioning existing programs to an eLearning format. We are currently seeking a Junior Training Department Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining high-quality digital training content, transitioning existing programs to an eLearning format, and managing course deployment through the LMS. Responsibilities: 1. eLearning Course Development Assist in the development of interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, as directed by the lead methodologist. Create and refine visual elements (screens, interactions, triggers, animations) based on provided templates and brand guidelines. Design supporting graphics and visuals that are clear, professional, and consistent with brand/style guides. Revise course content based on feedback and updates from the lead methodologist. 2. Quality Assurance and Testing Test and troubleshoot course functionality, including navigation, triggers, and responsiveness. Ensure consistent quality and usability across various devices and platforms. 3. LMS Management Upload and maintain course content in the LMS, including SCORM packaging, version control, and metadata. Track course versions and assist in managing planned updates. Keep file structures organized and up to date. 4. Collaboration and Support Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather course requirements and ensure accuracy and quality. Participate in team projects, brainstorming sessions, tool pilots, and the development of new formats or methodologies. Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Technical problem-solving ability and willingness to troubleshoot course functionality issues. English language proficiency (B2 level +) Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar authoring tools — or experience creating structured educational presentations (e.g., interactive PowerPoint decks, instructional slide shows, built-in LMS courses). Understanding of instructional flow, visual hierarchy, and logic in content design. Basic graphic and visual design skills, including the ability to create clean and visually appealing screen layouts. Fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology. General understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and how training content is uploaded and managed. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive attitude and motivation to grow in the fields of instructional design and e-learning. Interest in using AI tools to support and optimize training development processes. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in developing eLearning content using Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise, or equivalent tools. Experience applying adult learning principles specifically within an e-learning or blended training format. Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS publishing workflows. Proven experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, learner personalization, or automation of training delivery. Perform precise take-offs for all door and partition openings based on architectural and shop drawings. Read and interpret door schedules and hardware sets to ensure accurate product selection and full compatibility. Communicate effectively with the sales team to clarify project scope, technical requirements, and deadlines. Request necessary documentation, including compliance and regulatory certifications, as needed. Prepare detailed quotes that clearly define included materials, scope of work, exclusions, and any relevant assumptions or conditions. Identify and correct technical errors made by sales managers and propose appropriate alternatives or solutions. Education in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Experience in quantity take-offs from construction and mechanical drawings. Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent), including ability to create and use simple formulas. Mandatory: Strong ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings, mechanical drawings, and hardware sets. High attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
