This role requires strong judgment, concise business-focused advice, and the ability to build consensus across diverse teams, including public affairs, legal, operations, programs, and product. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor, respond to, and anticipate youth online safety and well-being issues. • Develop frameworks to proactively identify online risks, create mitigation strategies, and effectively communicate these strategies to cross-functional partners. • Engage with expert stakeholders to inform content and product policies, tools, operational responses, programs, and resources. • Advise and support our teams on youth safety and well-being public policy, content and product policies, tools, operational responses, programs, communications, and resources. • Partner with our policy, operations, product, integrity, and program teams to empower users to safely build connections and communities. • Represent our company in meetings with policymakers and key safety policy stakeholders.
