Job Description: Job Overview: The Marketing Events Account Lead will be responsible for the operational management and administration of assigned Account Events, relying heavily on project management and event production skills. This role will perform a range of duties including meeting with the Business Unit for event and meeting needs, creating the project plan based on meeting/event objectives, success criteria, etc., and managing the facilitation and deployment of the event. The Marketing Events Account lead will be required to interact with practice leaders to understand their event needs and requirements on a regular basis. The leader will develop a detailed project plan, including vendor requirements, timing, budget, and resource needs. The implementation phase will involve collaborating with the Event Operations Team to ensure successful deployment of the event execution plan defined by the FW Event Leader and other strategic partners. The successful candidate should have event production, design, project management, and execution experience and enjoy managing an environment of continual improvement, demonstrating excellent attention to detail. The position requires extensive people, communication, project management, organizational, and process skills along with knowledge of the internal business practices and priorities to support multiple projects with a high level of focus on quality, accuracy, and confidentiality in all work products. The successful candidate will bring operational expertise and recommendations that improve event production processes and attendee experience. The position reports to the Firmwide Event Leader and is a member of the Strategic Growth Office Business Unit. This is a temporary role that will last about 6 months. Responsibilities: Responsible for daily management and operations related to the assigned Account event processes and related tasks, including but not limited to: Serve as the primary contact for the aligned Account for events. Operational planning and management for all assigned events, including but not limited to: Market-facing events, leadership meetings, and other internal events Scheduling and resource coordination for all Events. Intake Processes established in collaboration with FW Events Leader, Event Strategy Leader and Practice Area Leaders to ensure consistency in review, identification, and management of all Events Creation and implementation of an event project plan with clear objectives, budgets, timing, and assignments for all operational aspects — including logistics, vendor coordination, technical requirements, and data handoff to Marketing and Sales for post-event actions. Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to approved event budgets, firm policies and departmental processes. Identify vendor requirements for sourcing and recommend best solution based on event scope. Coordinate with external vendors and/or Event Operations team members to ensure items are addressed or resolved and all are meeting delivery expectations and timeline. Collaborate with appropriate individuals to expedite the review and approval of various event requests and associated tasks. Coordinate with event sponsors to ensure appropriate handoff of attendee and engagement data for follow-up. This role does not own event messaging, promotional planning, or audience targeting; it is accountable for operational execution and production excellence. Qualifications: A high degree of technical competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications is necessary as the work performed by this team requires a deep understanding of and proficient use of these technologies to ensure compliance with Firm work deliverable standards. Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role Background in professional services operations including in a public accounting or law firm environment is a plus Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, marketing, project management, or relevant field required Must have previous experience with project management software (Asana, Smartsheets, etc.); previous experience with Workfront and Cvent is a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours in excess of regular schedule, based on project work and peak busy times. Hands-on corporate event planning and logistics experience, ideally within a professional services industry. Experience in defining event and meeting objectives and corresponding ROI. Oversight of projects, budgets, and resource allocation to support success and optimal operational efficiency Management of event resources in a distributed operating model/structure Ability to build strong respectful and professional working relationships at all levels, internal and external to the Firm. Job Description: As a Talent Business Advisor (TBA) Senior Associate at Crowe, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the execution of people-related initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience across the firm. Reporting into the Talent Business Advisor team, this role supports the operational and logistical needs of key talent processes—helping ensure a consistent, efficient, and people-centered approach to talent delivery. You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the Talent Solutions team and business units to execute core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce logistics. This position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your experience in talent operations while learning how HR strategy is implemented in a professional services environment. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Talent Business Leaders and Advisors to support the execution of core talent processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, performance management, rewards processes, and employee engagement initiatives). • Serve as the point of coordination for operational tasks such as Leaves of Absence (LOA), Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), and relocations, working closely with relevant Talent Solutions and business leaders to ensure timely and accurate execution. • Act as a resource to employees and leaders by addressing routine talent-related inquiries and escalating complex matters as appropriate. • Collect, maintain, and prepare data and reports for review by the Talent Business Advisory and BU Operations teams. • Assist in identifying data trends or inconsistencies that may inform talent decisions or process improvements. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all actions and communications. • Help drive awareness and understanding of talent programs through employee education and communication support. • Contribute to the implementation of firmwide and business-unit-specific talent programs by coordinating logistics, managing communications, and supporting the day-to-day project activities. • Partner with peers across Talent Solutions and the broader Talent function to ensure consistency and alignment in talent-related services and processes. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
