Position Overview: Senior Software Engineer I is an experienced technical role at CCM that combines strong individual contribution with leadership in project delivery, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration. Individuals in the Senior Software Engineer II role are expected to lead large-scale initiatives, contribute to cross-functional architectural decisions, and mentor other senior engineers.
