This role requires a professional who can balance both technical (60%) and functional (40%) responsibilities—configuring, customizing, and integrating NetSuite ERP while aligning solutions with business and finance requirements. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of NetSuite ERP solutions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial and operational requirements. • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within NetSuite. • Develop scripts, workflows, integrations, and customizations (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs). • Configure and optimize modules across Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Reporting. • Provide functional support including requirements gathering, testing, and user training. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with best practices. • Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize system issues for performance and usability. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of NetSuite experience with both technical and functional expertise. • Strong financial background with knowledge of accounting principles and processes. • Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteTalk, integrations, and NetSuite customization. • Ability to configure ERP modules and support functional requirements. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
