As a Customer Success Engineer, you will ensure customers successfully adopt, integrate, and scale CrewAI for their workflows. About the Role Location: Remote (AMER) As a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll be the technical bridge post‑sale: ensuring customers successfully adopt, integrate, and scale CrewAI for their workflows. You’ll help remove technical roadblocks, craft custom integrations or POCs, and act as a feedback conduit to improve the product. What You'll Do Handle customer onboarding: guide initial technical setup, integrate CrewAI with customer infrastructure/tools Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across API, SDK, deployment, performance Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevRel to feed back customer insights Develop training materials and conduct workshops for customer teams Monitor usage/health metrics; proactively surface risks and propose solutions Advocate for customers in prioritizing feature requests and roadmap improvements What Success Looks Like All new customers onboarded within 8/10) Recurring support issues reduced within accounts managed Customers adopt advanced features and scale usage effectively Who You Are 3–6 years of technical, customer‑facing experience (SE, Technical CSM, Solutions Engineer) Hands‑on coding/debugging ability (Python, JavaScript, APIs, logs, observability tools) Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and business audiences Customer‑obsessed mindset; proactive problem solver Comfortable in fast‑moving startup environment Nice to have: AI/ML or LLMs experience; familiarity with cloud platforms Unlimited PTO Work from home stipend Amazing health insurance
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals, collaborate with FDEs and Customer Success, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and drive revenue growth in the US-West region. | 6–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with proven quota attainment, ability to sell to technical and business stakeholders, strong communication skills, and experience in high-growth startup environments. | About the Role Location: US‑West (Pacific / Mountain time zones) As an Account Executive on the US‑West team, you will own the full sales cycle—from generating pipeline to closing enterprise deals. You’ll be one of the key drivers of CrewAI’s revenue growth, working with FDEs and Customer Success focused on uncovering material pain linked to business outcomes. What You'll Do Prospect, qualify, and generate enterprise opportunities in region Lead full sales cycle: discovery, demos, POCs, negotiation, closure Collaborate with FDEs to craft compelling proposals and POCs Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM Understand customer technical stacks; position CrewAI vs competitors Handle objections, contracts, pricing discussions with professionalism Ensure smooth handoff to CS/FDEs and monitor renewals/expansion What Success Looks Like (6–12 months) Consistently meet or exceed quota and pipeline targets Close new enterprise logos in US‑West with high impact Achieve efficient sales cycles and high win rates Provide actionable market and customer feedback to Product & Marketing Drive expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts Who You Are 6–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (ideally developer tools, infra, AI/ML) Proven track record of quota attainment; comfortable with $100k–$1M+ deals Skilled selling to technical and business stakeholders Excellent communicator and presenter Resilient self‑starter thriving in high‑growth startup environments Strong business judgment and prioritization skills Unlimited PTO Work from home stipend Amazing health insurance
