Title: Service Coordinator (Mental Health Case Manager) Job Duties: Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Service Coordinator (Mental Health Case Manager) assesses clients to identify individual problem areas necessitating treatment and complete assessments. The Service Coordinator (Mental Health Case Manager) also coordinates the interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning efforts among the multidisciplinary treatment team. In this capacity, the Service Coordinator (Mental Health Case Manager) coordinates the overall treatment plan implementation for the client on the unit, working closely with the nursing staff to ensure continuity of treatment efforts. Schedule: Full-Time: AM Qualifications: Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a mental health setting. A bachelor’s degree with a major in psychology, social work or behavioral sciences may be substituted for the two (2) years of full-time work experience or its part-time equivalent. Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles. Familiarity with regulatory standards. This role oversees daily system operations, ensures data accuracy, supports upgrades, and provides technical assistance to HR staff and employees. Additional responsibilities include user training, process improvement, compliance management, and vendor coordination. Schedule: Full-Time QUALIFICATIONS: • A bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or minimum 5 years' experience with HRIS administration. • Experience with UKG Workforce Management required. • A solid understanding of core HR and Payroll processes, such as benefits administration, and full cycle payroll required. • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred. • Strong technical skills are required, including proficiency in database management, reporting tools, and system integrations and data flows. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills for troubleshooting issues and analyzing data. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • A high level of detail-orientation is critical for maintaining data integrity and accuracy. • The ability to manage projects effectively, from gathering requirements to implementation and testing. • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee data with the highest level of discretion. Title: Payroll Systems Analyst Job Duties: The Payroll Systems Analyst will work closely with the Payroll & Benefits Department to ensure highly effective and consistent use of all timekeeping and payroll applications. This individual assists in maintaining the integrity of Payroll data/configuration within these systems, and coordinates with the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Financial Reporting (FIN) and Information Technology (IT) as needed to perform assigned duties. As a knowledgeable member of the Finance and Accounting staff, he/she assists Payroll & Benefits department staff in analyzing and resolving production issues. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Payroll System Analyst or similar role (3 years minimum) • Familiarity with payroll software (ADP Workforce Now and UKG Pro) • Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, HR or related field preferred. • Customer Service focused attitude.
