What You’ll Do Grow and support business within an assigned territory. Educate mill leaders on 12+ enzyme programs to increase tons, improve quality, reduce costs, and boost sustainability. Identify mill-specific needs and position EDT’s customized solutions. Manage trials and consult with customers on ongoing product usage. Collaborate with sales, service, product management, production, logistics, and leadership. Lead field service/trial teams (typically 4–5 people). Travel weekly; expect to be on-site 3–4 days per week, with full-week trials as needed. Complete additional duties aligned with business needs. Qualifications Education & Experience BA/BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, Chemistry, or related field. 7–15+ years in pulp & paper sales, chemical sales, or paper machine equipment/clothing sales. Strong technical sales experience in a value-based industry outside P&P may also qualify. Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
