Lead paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, content syndication, and Demandbase for the Corporate segment, optimizing performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams. | 5+ years B2B digital marketing experience with paid campaign strategy, execution, reporting, agency management, strong analytics, project management, and proficiency in Excel and Salesforce. | Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, B2B Paid Media – Corporate Segment for a global technology client of ours. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead paid media execution for the Corporate segment. In this role you will take ownership of LinkedIn, content syndication, and Demandbase campaigns, building programs that connect solutions to the right decision-makers and drive measurable impact for the business. Responsibilities: • Own paid media execution for the Corporate segment across LinkedIn, content syndication, and Demandbase • Translate strategy into action by launching and managing campaigns that reach the right personas with the right message • Monitor performance and pacing, make real-time optimizations, and ensure programs deliver on goals • Partner with campaign managers, analytics, and content teams to share insights and improve channel performance • Test new approaches, formats, and targeting strategies and share learnings across the team • Provide clear updates and recommendations to stakeholders to keep teams aligned and informed Qualifications: • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within tech or SaaS • Proven expertise managing paid campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and reporting • Experience working with and managing external agencies and media partners • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail • Strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Proficient in Excel and Salesforce • You are hands-on, accountable, and proactive. You thrive in the details of campaign execution while keeping the bigger picture in view. You are comfortable making decisions, surfacing insights, and driving results. And you know how to collaborate by bringing clarity and focus to the teams you work with. Location: Can work remotely from within the U.S. Duration: Full-time, Consulting Rate: $2,400/weekly W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available (Our salary ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location) Committed to Diversity.
