In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive business plans, oversee product launches, manage marketing budgets, and drive profitability while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. With a strong focus on innovation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement, this position offers an exciting opportunity to shape brand growth and success in a dynamic market environment. • Responsible for the business success of the managed category/brand in line with the defined KPIs • Professional and personal development of subordinates • Preparation of annual and long-term national business plans/brand strategies for the category/brand to be managed in alignment with a senior management • Provide recommendations and actions for Global Marketing based on trend, product and market analysis • Responsible for the best-in-class launches of new segments/products and management of the existing product portfolio using various marketing tools • Develop media and PR strategies and plan, monitor and control advertising and consumer promotions • Responsible for marketing budget, monitoring brand profitability and taking under control measures to ensure achievement of marketing objectives • Responsible for volume planning in agreement with with Sales and Demand Planning. • Management of external agencies (PR, Media, Promotion) • Ongoing optimisation of processes and exploitation of synergies • Represent the company at national and international events, conferences and external meetings, including support at key customer meetings (e.g. annual meetings) THE IDEAL COTY FIT • Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in economics with a focus on marketing or sales • Solid relevant professional experience in the area of marketing within international company in the consumer goods industry • Excellent written and spoken in English, German is a plus • Strong knowledge of MS Office • Marketing or sales experience in the category you are responsible for • Extensive brand management experience and strong sense of beauty brand development • High level of intercultural competence • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset and ability to work independently • Strong decision-making skills, ability to set priorities, targets and deal with ambiguity • High level of analytical skills, creativity and high digital affinity • Confident and persuasive personality with strong leadership skills • High level of service and customer orientation HOW TO APPLY Have we aroused your interest? This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality master data execution and overseeing data execution from the Shared Service Center. The role is critical for driving efficiency in master data management and ensuring seamless customer service operations. Your main focus: · Ensure Master Data Readiness & Quality: Deliver accurate and timely data setup KPIs for product activation, PIPO management, customer setup, logistics, and pricing conditions. Guarantee data readiness for new product launches and promotional activities. Train Sales and Marketing teams to follow global standards and ensure accurate input using standard templates. · Governance and Execution of Master Data Processes: Own and enforce master data execution processes, ensuring compliance with business standards. Develop protocols and workflows to maintain master data quality and implement continuous improvement practices. · Oversee Shared Service Center Operations: Monitor and validate the quality of master data execution by the Shared Service Center, ensuring SLA adherence. · Conduct quality control checks and provide feedback to improve processes and performance. · Data Insights and Analytics: Consolidate master data insights and share them with the Master Data Leader to support informed decision-making.
