This position is remote with occasional onsite meetings located in Southeast, Michigan. Responsibilities include partnering with colleagues and stakeholders to develop and launch a variety of integrated learning and development programs, tools, and collaborative practices that include formal and informal technology-enabled collaborative solutions as part of the talent management life cycle. The Instructional Designer & Training Consultant is responsible for the development of courses and execution of projects to achieve strategic business objectives to improve performance, engagement, and development.
