We are seeking Interior Design students graduating in 2027 to join our team as New Graduate Interior Designers. You'll work alongside experienced architects and designers, contribute to projects from concept through construction, and gain hands-on experience in one of our ten market sectors. What You Will Do: - Collaboratively work within a studio environment to explore and assist in generating timely and creative solutions for design tasks within the functional parameters of a project, translating concepts and information into images. - Explore and illustrate design concepts to solve for creative solutions for multiple clients. - Incorporate established schematic design, material selections, code required clearances, spatial limitations, and production time constraints into detailing solutions. - Be an integral team member in the production of construction drawings. - Assist with construction administration services both in the field and in the office. Qualifications: What You'll Bring: - CIDA accredited professional degree in Interior Design. - Internship experience is desired. - Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. - Proficient in Revit with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. - Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and analytical skills. - Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in diverse team environments. Additional Requirements: - Full-time in-office presence, with exceptions granted only at the discretion of Sector Leadership, and only with written and documented approval. - Long periods working at a computer and desk. - Frequently standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing. - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. - Travel to other offices as needed (10-15%). This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role. Base Salary Range: $66,000 - $73,000 annually – New York City locations only Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $73,000 annually – Los Angeles locations only Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually – Chicago locations only Base Salary Range: $63,000 - $70,000 annually – Boston locations only Base Salary Range: $63,000 - $69,000 annually – Washington D.C. locations only Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $69,000 annually – Seattle locations only Base Salary Range: $71,000 - $76,000 annually – San Francisco locations only The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in the associated locations only.
