Corgan is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our vibrant shared services HR team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a group of creative, driven professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities HRBP Support: Provide daily support to HR Business Partners on general HR matters. Onboarding & Training: Facilitate new hire onboarding and support the coordination of training and development initiatives. Employee Support: Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related topics including leaves, compensation, and workplace concerns. HR Program Promotion: Champion HR initiatives that foster a productive, inclusive, and conflict-free workplace. Policy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Performance & Relations: Support performance management processes and employee relations efforts. HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Immigration Support: Partner with our immigration vendor and legal team to manage employee immigration processes and ensure compliance. Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records in both electronic and paper formats. Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations. Engagement & Culture: Enhance employee satisfaction through timely issue resolution, perks and benefits, and team-building activities. Qualifications Preferred 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Exposure supporting employee immigration processes. Ability to be onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and Office Suite. Solid understanding of employment laws including FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other relevant regulations. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work an d ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results.
