Responsibilities Execute an effective governance process to ensure that all levels and areas in the business are driving to achieve program deliverables. Manage stakeholders and change management effectively. Ensure that key value drivers able to be implemented as part of the program are tracked and executed within the workstreams. Represent carveout efforts to the senior leadership team, both effectively informing as well as driving decisions requiring executive input. Act as the key facilitator to drive requirements and carveout decisions across the workstreams. Be able to develop a point of view on various business cases and potential synergy opportunities in coordination with the workstreams. Identify and implement key metrics to ensure project deliverables are achieved; and to measure success of the program Predict risk factors and mitigate them for successful completion of program objectives. Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities) Strong business process knowledge and experience in Medical Devices Proven leadership in business transformation and large-scale program management Strong project / program management skillset, including scoping, execution / tracking, metrics, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and change management Ability to create and gain buy-in for business cases and value creation, and see through to realization Strong ability to communicate at the executive level Ability to work across regions, divisions and functions to influence change across the organization Is visible to Executive Steering Committee and Business leaders in driving the transformation. Provide direction and scope guardrails to workstream leaders. Ability to resolve team conflicts. Exceptional teaming & collaboration both internally & externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Qualifications Required Qualifications Requires a minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent education and experience; Or 6+ years and a Master's degree; Or a PhD with 3+ years experience; or equivalent experience. Where required, the role must hold an appropriate degree in the industry (eg. Responsibilities The IT Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. This role requires a skilled technical professional with hands-on experience in Linux, Windows, Network, Cloud technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and capable of supporting both day-to-day operations, strategic IT initiatives, service delivery, and maintaining positive client and vendor relationships. Work closely with managed service providers (MSP) to develop and deliver complete Linux, Windows and cloud architecture solutions with ability to resolve complex issues in creative, efficient, and effective ways. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the overall Linux, Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) technologies in public/private cloud, day-to-day operations including asset inventory, configuration management, security controls, systems health, and third-party infrastructure app integrations Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position Perform other responsibilities as assigned Analyze current business and technology practices, user needs, and workflow processes for improvement Work with MSP on supporting Global IT Represent the team as a participating member of designated committees Serve as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with Infrastructure systems Participate in 24x7 on call rotation and be available for after-hours support as needed Participate in enterprise disaster recovery exercises Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of Linux, Windows and Cloud Systems Engineering work experience with extensive knowledge and familiarity with various Linux distros in Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Alibaba Cloud with DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SFTP, PAM, SMB/NFS FileShare, Postfix, scripting, etc. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
