Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that highlight our mission of promoting inclusion and equity. Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with our core values and objectives. • Content Creation: Create compelling and culturally sensitive content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. Ensure all content reflects our commitment to equity and inclusivity. • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that raise awareness about our services and impact. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. • Community Engagement: Engage with diverse communities to build relationships and foster trust. Develop initiatives that promote inclusion and encourage community participation. Qualifications: • Passion for Inclusion: A strong commitment to fighting inequality and promoting inclusion in the workplace. • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to social sciences, human resources, and business. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear and engaging content. • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Analytical and Business Development Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook and preferred experience in leadership and advocacy.
