Work location: Dallas, TX (on-site) Scope: The Distribution Coordinator is an experienced position within the Distribution Center with a focus on coordinating internal activities to ensure the facility meets daily shipment target levels. Job Summary: The role is responsible for assisting the Distribution Center leadership team in executing the daily operations of the facility.Utilizing available electronic inventory management systems, this role works collaboratively with the DC leadership team and other key business partners to ensure timely receipt, movement and shipment of product, and is the key point of contact for external communications.As the coordinator, this position will be involved in maintaining an efficient and productive flow of materials, the role will require engagement with and knowledge of all operations within the facility. Responsibilities • Monitor shipment status throughout the day • Collaborate with the leadership team to correctly allocate staff to ensure all product ships daily • Assist in the flow of incoming materials and replenishment activities, both internally and from external sites, to ensure open orders can be fulfilled • Analyze ERP / MRP data to troubleshoot late shipment information • Respond to internal and external correspondence and direct information to appropriate team members • Set up outgoing LTL and customer pickups • Assist in ongoing projects as required • Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management Cooper’s management team is committed to the development of and implementation of the quality management system and maintaining its effectiveness by communicating to the organization the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Job Summary: The Cryogenic Services Coordinator is responsible for mainly two areas within the Commercial Inside Sales Team: storage account management and cryogenic shipping leads. Both areas will require professional communication with client customers seeking new service or help with their existing service. This position will communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, highlight the value of CSI-supported cryogenic services, and ensure a smooth sales process for fertility preservation, cryogenic shipping, and/or storage services. For existing clients, this position will support the client with any account needs, including, but not limited to, records access, billing support, inventory questions, and end of account assistance. As a service coordinator, the role will uphold and advocate for the CSI brand, ensuring the consistent delivery of the highest quality standards.
