What You’ll Do Set TA Strategy for High-Growth & Specialized Segments • Lead the development and execution of TA strategies aligned to specialty business segments including datacenter, high volume technical frontline roles, public sector, leadership hiring, and corporate functions. • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, HR leadership, and the Executive Committee on workforce planning, long-range hiring needs, and talent supply challenges. • Partner with the Director of CTC Recruiting and the Director of Talent Enablement to build a unified TA framework that supports the entire Convergint Nation. Lead Workforce Planning for Critical Talent • Create and operationalize a workforce planning model for specialty roles that supports proactive hiring aligned with project timelines, market expansion, and leadership succession planning. • Support Project Hyperscale workforce strategies to reduce vacancy times, elevate project readiness, and improve margin performance. Evolve Recruiting Channels & Partner Ecosystem • Lead segmentation strategies including internal TA, RPO, executive search, contract recruiters, and specialized talent agencies. • Develop and manage relationships with external partners to meet volume, specialty, and executive search needs. • Evaluate ROI and performance of RPO, contract recruiters, and third-party search firms; refine partnership models to improve throughput and quality. Strengthen Leadership & Executive Recruiting • Develop an executive recruiting framework for Director, General Manager, VP, and V-suite roles. • Guide leadership assessments, competency alignment, and candidate experience standards. • Build pipelines for emerging leaders to support future succession. Leadership & Team Development Build & Lead a High-Performing TA Team • Lead and mentor a small and growing team of recruiters supporting high-growth, hard-to-fill, and senior-level positions. • Coach recruiters on segmentation strategies, advanced sourcing, market mapping, and search execution for both technical and leadership roles. • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, continuous improvement, and service excellence. • Recruit for roles yourself. Operational Leadership • Define operational objectives, workflow ownership, and segment-based accountability across the hiring lifecycle. • Develop TA playbooks, consistency frameworks, and best practices for both specialty and executive recruiting. Operational Excellence & Innovation Drive Continuous Improvement • Implement scalable processes, tools, and technologies that streamline operations, enhance quality, and improve speed-to-hire. • Introduce recruiting innovations including talent intelligence platforms, market analytics, labor forecasting, and targeted digital sourcing. Analytics, Reporting & KPIs • Establish a consistent reporting cadence for executive leadership aligned to: • Workforce planning forecasts • Hiring velocity and quality-of-hire • Vacancy time impacts • Diversity pipelines • RPO + vendor performance metrics • Executive search milestones • Use data to inform capacity planning, resource allocation, and talent strategy decisions. Compliance & Regulatory Leadership • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, Affirmative Action, and all federal/state hiring regulations. • Partner with Legal and HR to maintain compliant executive recruiting practices. Employer Brand & Talent Attraction • Strengthen Convergint’s employee value proposition (EVP) for specialty markets, leadership roles, and corporate functions. • Partner with Corporate Communications to elevate Convergint’s brand as employer of choice across niche talent segments. This role works in close partnership with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to align strategic goals with frontline delivery, enabling scalable, profitable, and customer-focused operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Execution Leadership • Lead oversight of large-scale and high-profile job reviews (>$1M or elevated customer risk). • Ensure consistent backlog review cadence, prioritized by job size and customer impact. • Partner with local leadership to ensure clear project delivery plans are in place to meet scope, timeline, and customer expectations. • Support delivery teams in achieving operational KPIs (Slip, NCO, DSO). 2.
