This role works in close partnership with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to align strategic goals with frontline delivery, enabling scalable, profitable, and customer-focused operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Execution Leadership • Lead oversight of large-scale and high-profile job reviews (>$1M or elevated customer risk). • Ensure consistent backlog review cadence, prioritized by job size and customer impact. • Partner with local leadership to ensure clear project delivery plans are in place to meet scope, timeline, and customer expectations. • Support delivery teams in achieving operational KPIs (Slip, NCO, DSO). 2.
