The Role As our Creative Design Legend, you’ll be the owner of all external visual communication at Conveo, the person who shapes how the world sees, understands, and feels our brand. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in exceptional craft, and loves using design to drive growth. Your mission: elevate our brand and accelerate our commercial engine through best-in-class design. Mission 1. Accelerate Growth & Marketing Create high-performing B2B advertising assets for rapid testing and scale. Design social media visuals, carousels, and campaign collateral, event backdrops and merch. Build storyboards and assets for product, explainer, and motion videos. Own the design of high-value content: whitepapers, guides, one-pagers, and reports. 2. Bring data & product stories to life Design clear, compelling data visualizations and infographics. Build polished product mockups and visual components for sales and marketing. Own visual direction for all website and landing pages, continually iterating for conversion. 3. Power sales & leadership Create standout presentations: from sales proposals to investor decks and internal strategy materials. 4. Operate with autonomy, speed & craft Manage multiple projects at pace without compromising on quality. Turn abstract ideas into thoughtful, high-impact design concepts. What we're looking for An experienced designer with a strong background in B2B and SaaS, and a portfolio that demonstrates both craft and commercial impact. The Role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Conveo, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from building pipeline to closing enterprise deals and expanding accounts. You’ll partner directly with the founders to refine our go-to-market strategy while landing and growing some of the world’s biggest brands. This is a high-impact role where you’ll navigate complex orgs, multi-stakeholder deals, and long sales cycles (ACV $45K+), selling into industries like CPG, Pharma, Tech, and Financial Services. Your Mission 1. Create Demand & Build Pipeline Own a defined ICP and territory plan, executing multi-threaded outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls). Qualify inbound and outbound leads with crisp discovery and problem framing. Build and maintain 4-5× pipeline coverage to hit and exceed quota. 2. Win Deals & Expand Accounts Lead consultative discovery and run tailored demos tied to customer workflows and KPIs. Navigate complex buying committees (economic buyer, users, procurement, legal) and manage deal timelines. Negotiate and close clean, scalable contracts; expand initial wins into multi-market, multi-year agreements. 3. Be the Market & Product Expert Translate customer pain points into compelling ROI cases. Stay on top of competitor moves and market trends to sharpen messaging and objection handling. Capture customer success stories and proof points that strengthen Conveo’s market narrative. 4. Partner with Founders & Marketing Provide structured product feedback to shape roadmap priorities. Collaborate on campaigns, content, and sequences to boost funnel conversion. Maintain crisp CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting. What Success Looks Like Qualified pipeline coverage (≥4-5× quota), stage velocity, and win-rate improvements. Strong win rates (high stage-to-stage conversion, clean qualification/disqualification, and rising expansion (multi-market/multi-year, increased ACV & ARR ). Referencable customers and repeatable plays we can roll out across the team. What we’re looking for 5-15 years of enterprise sales or business development in SaaS, Martech, or Market Research. Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (ACV $45K+) with long sales cycles. Strong network or background in market research, insights, or consulting (huge plus). High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win. Excellent communication skills — active listener, persuasive storyteller, and trusted advisor. Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, low-politics, high-standards environment. Why Join Us?
