POSITION Full-Time, Hourly + commission LOCATION: This is a remote position; however, you must be physically located in North Carolina As a Conventus Relationship Manager, you will be at the core of our revenue generation and the face of Conventus to our customers. We are searching for an ethical, energetic, tenacious, and persistent sales professional who shares our values and vision to source and cultivate new customer relationships to market our expanding suite of loan products. This is a fantastic chance to be a key player in a fast-growing industry with massive opportunity: • Unlimited earning potential and a competitive incentive compensation structure • Broad range of solutions with flexibility to meet your clients’ needs and offer customized product offerings • Customized lead generation and marketing to support your business development efforts • Ability to be a key member of our business development team and continue to drive the company’s strong national growth RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop direct relationships with real estate investors and industry leaders within your market to position CHC as a preferred lending partner • Become an expert of our product suite and capabilities • Clearly articulate the different loans that are available to our customers, as well as the terms of each of those services • Maintain a strong and consistent pipeline utilizing both inbound and outbound leads • Support Conventus’ strong customer relationship culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product/market knowledge • Propose and provide pricing, terms, and structure loan financing feedback based on thorough assessment of risk considerations in accordance with underwriting and origination guidelines • Perform as a collaborative team member allocating and coordinating workflow with the loan processing team • Attend and represent CHC at relevant events, conferences and networking functions to build trusted relationships and market our products and services as an industry leader • Actively utilize our marketing and social media strategies to grow the CHC brand and drive customer referrals and retention • Correspond with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the process • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy • Analyze applicants' credit and experience and evaluate properties to determine feasibility of granting loans • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations QUALIFICATIONS Skills • Self-starter and ability to grow and manage business in a remote setting • Superior relationship-building skills • Excellent customer service skills and responsiveness • Proficient detail-oriented communicator and listener • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to make and justify sound and rational decisions, including weighing customer desires against Conventus’ exposure to loss or fraud • Team Player with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Education and Experience • 1-5 years of commercial, consumer, or real estate lending experience • Mortgage loan officer experience preferred, but not required • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, preferred, but not required Mindset and Character At CHC, we look for future employees who demonstrate the mindset and character of our following core values: Deliver Extraordinary Client Experience: • Demonstrate unwavering responsiveness and dedication to delighting clients at every touchpoint. POSITION Full-Time, Salaried, Performance-based bonus LOCATION: San Francisco, CA Required 4 days per week in the office (Mon-Thu). Please do not apply if this does not align with you. Conventus is seeking an experienced VP, Revenue Operations (RevOps) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring each revenue team member operates within a proven, repeatable process with clearly defined metrics, tight feedback loops, and full transparency into performance. This tole will also be responsible for ensuring that systems are built to enable and scale this reporting, as well as support the company’s overall growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Reporting & Analytics • Partner with leadership across Sales, GTM and Marketing to ensure alignment on revenue strategy and build processes and reporting metrics to drive predictable growth and enable informed decision making. • Build out and regularly tailor reporting on Sales performance based on their specific role, including execution of GTM strategy, to drive Relationship Manager (RM) origination growth. • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting for originations, pipelines, and revenue. • Host regular meetings with leadership and provide dashboards that illustrate Sales performance and identify actions to improve results. • Provide regular reporting on Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey results, identify feedback that requires escalation, and work with the Sales Manager to provide a resolution to the client in a timely manner. • Ensure client segmentation is regularly updated in CRM as it evolves. • Maintain key inputs to the revenue forecasting model and ensure CRM captures all necessary data via tech stack integrations and/or data capture. • Implement automation, reduce manual work, and enforce clean data. • Maintain real-time dashboards that track funnel performance, activity levels, CAC, LTV, and ROI of revenue strategies. • Partner with Marketing to ensure lead quality, conversion tracking, and attribution accuracy. • Maintain reporting on growth by product, client segment, partnerships, and other channels to provide accountability to growth goals. CRM Enablement and Revenue Technology • Develop and maintain CRM vision and roadmap, including self-identified opportunities and identified by Sales and the leadership team, among others. • Partner with the Technology team to prioritize and implement CRM architecture enhancements. • Identify other technologies to improve the client experience and support revenue goals. • Prioritize enhancements to marketing technology to facilitate marketing campaign execution and automations for both Sales and Marketing initiatives. • Train Sales and other departments on CRM enhancements and other tools. • Ensure CRM user interface remains simple and useful for Sales to capture appropriate level of data without undue burden.
