Develop and enhance SEO/GEO integration systems and analytics tools for ecommerce search platform. | Strong JavaScript and React experience, knowledge of SEO fundamentals, SQL skills, and ability to learn new technologies quickly. | About Us Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we've built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We're passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. SEO/GEO Team The team's mission is to bridge the gap between onsite product discovery and external discovery platforms, ensuring that Constructor-powered websites can be found, understood, and correctly represented by both Google and Generative engines. The team goal is: • Build measurable foundations to track visibility, traffic sources, and performance across SEO and GEO. • Build the architecture to run technical checkups on customer websites, assess their optimisation level, and provide clear recommendations on what needs to be fixed. • Partner with Product teams to adapt enriched content for SEO/GEO and package it toward external discoverability needs. • Define an SEO/GEO enablement layer with tools, playbooks, and frameworks to scale best practices across teams and customers. Challenges you will tackle • Enhance the current integration system to provide descriptive data about external traffic sources. • Develop new reports and tools for analysts of SEO and GEO traffic. • Improve the existing dashboard experience by building analytics that provide insights to improve KPIs. • Integrate internal systems and build customer-facing features on top of them. • Strong foundation and experience with server-side and client-side JavaScript • Experience with front-end frameworks like React • JS execution basics (how SSR/CSR affects crawlers) • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals • You are frequently using SQL to gather data for your solutions and ready to use it again • Able to pick up new technologies and design patterns quickly and loves learning them • Proactively seek places for product improvements • ??? About the Team As a Full Stack Engineer in the Attribute Enrichment team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core customers experience in our dashboards to understand and manage enriched product metadata. Your focus will be on supporting the Attributes Dashboard, building intuitive front-end experiences, evolving our UI architecture, and contributing to the systems powering attribute visibility across Search, Browse, and downstream merchant tooling. Your work will directly influence how customers explore, validate, and interact with enriched attributes - making complex ML outputs clear, trustworthy, and actionable. You will collaborate with ML and backend engineers, design partners, and product teams to bring clarity and polish to the Attribute Enrichment Dashboard, while developing resilient full-stack solutions behind it. As a member of the Attribute Enrichment team, your engineering expertise and collaborative efforts will directly enhance the quality and functionality of our solutions, driving customer satisfaction and engagement. This role is essential to delivering a robust service that meets the highest standards and enables data-driven features across our platform.
