Expected salary range of $147,600 to $164,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Plan and manage resources, finances, scope and services within a functional area of Information Technology to deliver business results. Provide IT products, services and solutions on time, within budget and with the required functionality. Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients. Participate in developing and implementing strategy/policy. Manage large-scale projects of high complexity, size and change management risk. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead and manage IT staff and resources in accordance with IT Business Plan. For projects: Plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with IT project management standards. For operations/application maintenance: Plan and manage to defined service level agreements at agreed upon budgets. Lead and manage IT projects and associated system integrators to deliver projects of medium to high complexity. Operate utilizing standard processes as defined within the Management Model. Oversee process improvement efforts and ensure adoption of standard processes and procedures that deliver sustainable top quartile cost and performance levels. Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with business and IT partners. Communicate status to key stakeholders on a regular basis. Maintain current business knowledge/acumen, including application of technology solutions to deliver business results. Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. Participate in career development and succession planning processes. Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization. Provide input on development and retention processes for IT employees. Prepare and manage budget for area of responsibility. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 8 to 10 years experience in Project Delivery or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Appropriate Technical Skills: Network and Plform Engineering. PMP certification preferred for specific roles as per guidelines established by the IT Project Management Office. Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in Project Delivery. Experience leading and managing IT projects or subteams and knowledge of IT project management. Experience leading and managing technical personnel. Strong judgment and excellent analytical ability. Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of IT and business management and with vendors. Experience managing budgets for functional area of responsibility. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Graduate degree. Project Management certification. Knowledge of contract management and / or Asset Suite 9 (AS9).

Candidates must reside in the United States and be willing to work a corporate, day-shift schedule on Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time. Primary Purpose of Position This senior level sales professional should have existing relationships with senior level decision makers with major corporations. This individual will be responsible for acquiring new business and implementing energy strategies. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Ability to identify, prospect and contact high-level decision makers in respective businesses and cultivate client relationships. Cultivate customer relationships with respective Fortune 500 companies. Understand customers business objectives, price risk tolerances and work with internal resources to develop energy hedging strategies that match the customer's needs. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to speak in front of groups and key decision makers. Travel required as necessary to meet business needs In-person attendance for training, all-hands meetings, and other meaningful engagements Develop energy plans and strategies for Fortune 500 companies, prepare presentations and close sales transactions.
