Lead and mature product strategy, launch, program management, and documentation functions to ensure effective product execution and market impact. | 10+ years in product strategy or related fields with leadership experience, strong market analysis and program management skills, and ability to build product operations in scaling organizations. | Overview We are looking for a VP of Product Strategy & Program Management to build and lead the operational and strategic backbone of our Product organization. This leader will own the connective tissue between product strategy and product execution - ensuring our roadmap is grounded in rigorous market intelligence, our launches land with commercial and customer impact, our cross-functional programs run predictably, and our product documentation is accurate, discoverable, and enterprise-grade. This is a builder role. You'll stand up and mature four disciplines - Market Analysis, Launch Excellence, Program Management, and Product Documentation - inside a product organization that is scaling its maturity and rigor. You'll partner directly with the CPO, product line leaders, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to make sure great products actually reach the market and the market actually understands them. Responsibilities What You'll Own Market Strategy & Analysis • Lead competitive intelligence, market sizing, and segmentation analysis that directly informs roadmap prioritization and portfolio strategy • Build repeatable frameworks for tracking market dynamics, buyer needs, and competitive positioning • Translate market insight into inputs product leaders and executives can act on - not just reports that sit on a shelf Launch Excellence • Own the end-to-end launch framework: readiness criteria, cross-functional launch plans, tiering models, and post-launch retrospectives • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to ensure every release has a commercial and adoption plan, not just a ship date • Establish the metrics that define launch success and hold the org accountable to them Program Management • Build and lead a program management function that drives predictability across complex, cross-functional product initiatives • Own portfolio-level visibility: roadmap execution tracking, dependency management, risk escalation, and executive reporting • Instill lightweight but durable operating rhythms (planning cycles, status reporting, escalation paths) appropriate for a scaling PM organization Product Documentation • Lead the team responsible for product documentation, release notes, and internal/external knowledge resources • Ensure documentation quality keeps pace with product complexity, particularly for enterprise and technical buyers • Build scalable documentation processes that reduce support burden and improve customer self-sufficiency Team & Organizational Leadership • Hire, develop, and lead a team of market analysis, launch, program management, and documentation specialists • Define career pathing and craft standards for a discipline that is often under-resourced and under-defined - you'll be building the operating model, not inheriting one • Act as a force multiplier for the CPO, translating strategic priorities into operational execution across the product org Qualifications Qualifications • 10+ years in product strategy, product operations, program management, or a related discipline, with at least 3–5 years leading teams • Track record of building or significantly maturing a product operations, strategy, or program management function inside a scaling or transforming organization • Strong command of market analysis and competitive intelligence methods, and comfort turning ambiguous market signals into clear strategic recommendations • Demonstrated success running high-stakes product launches with measurable commercial outcomes • Program management rigor - you can run a portfolio, not just a project - with fluency in tools and frameworks for tracking cross-functional execution • Experience overseeing or partnering closely with technical documentation functions; you understand what 7good8 looks like for enterprise/technical audiences • Excellent executive communication skills; you can operate comfortably in front of the C-suite and PE/board audiences • Comfortable operating in an organization where product management maturity is still being built - you thrive on creating structure, not just working within it • Experience in enterprise software, legal technology, eDiscovery, or another complex B2B/enterprise domain is a plus Why This Role Matters Product strategy without execution rigor is just a slide deck. This role exists to make sure that doesn't happen - that every roadmap decision is grounded in real market understanding, every launch has a plan behind it, every cross-functional initiative has an owner and a rhythm, and every customer-facing document reflects the quality of the product itself. You'll report directly to the CPO and have a direct hand in shaping how the product organization operates as it scales.

Lead and conduct data preservation and digital investigations for complex litigation cases, prepare expert reports, and collaborate with clients on data collection strategies. | Bachelor's degree and 1 to 4 years of digital forensics experience with proficiency in EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, and knowledge of ISO17025 and ACPO principles. | Overview The DFES Consultant leads, conducts, and assists in data preservation and digital investigations in complex litigation cases by leveraging knowledge of digital forensic tools, technology and protocols related to the collection and management of electronically stored information (ESI) from a wide variety of data sources. The Consultant is part of our Digital Forensics and Expert Services team and performs investigative work and data collections as part of a team with Consilio’s external clients. Responsibilities · Works internally with colleagues and with clients in the planning and execution of data preservation using the most appropriate and legally defensible solutions · Performs investigative analysis activities for a variety of digital devices, computers, storage media, servers, networks, and cloud-based services, including seizure and retention of mobile phones and handheld devices · Performs data restoration and data conversion to prepare data for processing and hosting · Leverages experience with forensic tools, including Encase, FTK, Axiom, and Cellebrite to carry out forensic investigations · Displays sound knowledge and expertise of common operating systems and applications and exhibits an aptitude for problem solving in a methodical manner consistent with forensic protocols · Follows Digital Forensic good practice methodologies (ISO17025 standard and ACPO Principles of Digital Evidence) in all aspects of the forensic and eDiscovery workflow · Assists with and independently conducts the forensic examination of data and prepares expert reports and other expert witness documentation related to investigations · Displays competence in oral delivery of complex technical information to non-technical clients · Travels to onsite locations with a team or independently to perform data collections when safe and feasible · Displays high degree of comfort operating in a client-facing environment and meeting the needs of clients · Ability to be responsive to internal and external communications · Has the ability to make well-reasoned decisions “on the spot” and execute on the plan Qualifications Minimum Education Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in forensic computing or equivalent relevant experience Minimum Experience Requirements: · 1 to 4 years of progressively responsible experience in related roles Other Requirements: · Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal · Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment · Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently · Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of evidence management · Proficient in the usage of forensic acquisition tools and working with various file formats · Ability to collect data from a wide array of ESI, including: computers, mobile devices, media storage devices, servers, networks, social media, and cloud-based services. · Familiarity with rules of evidence, ACPO guidelines, ISO17025 and Chain of Custody · Good understanding of computer networking in corporate environments · Availability for short notice or weekend travel when necessary Preferred Attributes: · EDiscovery experience with relevant forensic collection and analysis software · Certifications in EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, Nuix, CFE or similar · SQL or scripting Consilio, LLC is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status. #LI-SN1 #LI-Remote
