The Program Performance Analyst in Awareness and Adherence messaging works closely with the Manager, Forecasting and Program Performance to accurately track, monitor and record program funding. program performance insights, assisting finance in revenue recognition and identifying areas of opportunity to drive revenue. This role is responsible for the operational forecasting of revenue for all A&A programs, as well as reporting, dashboarding and analysis to identify optimal program performance or provide teams with actionable insights. Responsibilities Using proprietary tools, as well as Excel, maintain operational revenue forecast for A&A. Compile data from various sources, including contractual terms, contract values, and program performance data. Analyze and record monthly program activity to record monthly revenue in accordance with contractual terms and company policies. including all communications required to ensure accurate inputs and outputs. Meet regularly with Program Management and Business Development to ensure highest level of accuracy in published forecasts. Partner with Manager and Finance on month-end activities, network payments and revenue recognition. Partner closely with Sales Operations to ensure output meets the needs for optimal sales pipeline reporting to Commercial leadership. Continuously improve processes to streamline forecasting process, seeking ways to reduce time spent on cross-functional calls. Partner with Operations leadership in initiatives to improve access to data and reporting, providing insight into innovation as A&A data infrastructure evolves and matures. Build and maintain strong relationships with Program Management, Business Development, Program Operations, Sales Operations and Finance to facilitate effective communication and reporting on actionable insights.
