The Program Manager utilizes independent judgment, critical thinking skills and discretion while managing, controlling and directing the assigned program. The Program Manager is responsible for planning and governing the overall program. Responsibilities include: monitoring the progress, managing the program’s budget, risks and issues and taking corrective measurements, coordinating projects under the program and their interdependencies, managing and utilizing resources across projects, managing executive level communication, consolidated program reporting, and program documentation. The Program Manager may also assist clients and the sales team in planning, scoping, scheduling, and defining project requirements during the pre-sales phase. The Program Manager may also contribute to the development of the team by mentoring team members assigned to the program and being a change agent for process improvement within the PMO. The Program Manager also assists the PMO to create the program model and drive maturity. Responsibilities: • Develops or oversees the development of relevant project artifacts to deliver contractual services utilizing judgment and discretion based on the agreed deliverables. • Utilizes internal resources across departments and third-party service providers to fulfill project requirements. • Proactively manages, controls and drives scope, budget, and schedule for the overall program. • Coordinates projects and their interdependences. • Utilizes resources across projects. • Proactively analyzes program risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize/eliminate risks, develop program-level milestone schedules by consolidating individual project schedules, and develop detailed communication plans across large programs • Acts as a primary point of contact for the program • Mentors team members. • Works with Product Management, Business Development, partners, and engineers to create complex solution offerings through programs. • Assists Account Team, Technical Sales Organization, and / or SBDM with solutioning, budget development, timeline development. • Establishes communication requirements. • Establishes and delivers program governance. • Recommends process improvements & move forward plans. • Oversees program budget which is a consolidation of individual project budgets. • Completes consolidated program reporting. • Maintains PDUs for PMP / PgMP certification. Qualifications: • Expereince with global Azure or Azure Local deployment engagement • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio • Experience using Microsoft Word templates to create Change Orders and project artifacts and deliverables • Experience creating project schedules using Microsoft Project • Experienced in handling program management methodology and techniques with ability to manage engagements from beginning to end • Understanding of the wider objectives of the program • Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures • Advanced knowledge of mitigation strategies schedules, and communication plans • Customer oriented with ability to listen to and anticipate needs of the customer • Attention to detail in composing and proofing professional business materials • Experience with requirements gathering • Experience with data analysis & recommendations • Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities • Experience in IT professional services preferred • Experience working with third party vendors desired This offer from "Connection" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 77% flex score.

This role serves as a technical leader and trusted advisor, partnering closely with Account Managers and Sales Leadership to drive complex presales engagements, solution architecture, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Cisco and Juniper networking technologies, strong consultative sales acumen, and the ability to mentor and enable internal teams. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Act as a technical project and engagement leader for the most complex, strategic customer initiatives, serving as a mentor and coach to Field Solution Architects (FSAs) and Senior FSAs. Partner with Account Managers and Sales Managers to discover, qualify, and architect network-centric solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures. Lead customer discovery sessions by asking targeted business and technical questions (who, what, where, why, and when) throughout the sales cycle to uncover opportunities. Design and present advanced network architectures including routing, switching, data center networking, WAN, campus, and cloud-connected solutions. Develop and deliver high-impact solution proposals and technical presentations that clearly articulate business value, ROI, and risk mitigation. Drive growth of advanced technology revenue and gross profit by penetrating new and existing accounts with proactive, consultative engagement. Provide clear and detailed documentation of discovery findings, solution designs, and recommendations to ensure effective follow-up and execution. Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure they are fully enabled on networking solutions, architectures, and the broader advanced technology portfolio. Deliver internal enablement and training sessions on current, new, and emerging networking and infrastructure technologies. Support sales and marketing events such as Tech Showcases, Tech Summits, and vendor conferences in a technical evangelist and sales-support role. Participate as a contributor or Team Lead on Solution Development initiatives, helping define strategic direction and creating high-quality deliverables. Work closely with peers, Inside Solution Architects (ISAs), and Practice Engineers to develop new solutions, services, and go-to-market offerings. Maintain strong alignment with vendor programs, certifications, and best practices to ensure high-value customer interactions and compliance. Perform required administrative duties including documentation, scheduling, reporting, skills maintenance, and corporate training. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Min Max Qualifications Required Qualifications & Technical Competencies Networking Expertise Deep understanding of enterprise routing and switching architectures from leading manufacturers. Expert-level Cisco networking experience is required. Strong hands-on experience with Juniper Networks routing and switching platforms. Experience designing and supporting: Campus and Data Center Networks WAN, SD-WAN, and Internet Edge Network security integration and segmentation High availability and resilient network designs Certifications (Required) Minimum Required: CCIE (active) Strongly Preferred: Juniper JNCIA / JNCIS / JNCIP Additional vendor or architecture-level certifications are a plus.
