Lead development of complex digital forms and workflow-driven applications using AI-assisted techniques. | 8+ years full-stack development with strong React, API, backend, and AI-assisted development experience. | Job Description: • lead the development of complex VA.gov digital forms and workflow-driven applications • responsible for building and maintaining high-volume forms using AI-assisted development techniques • ensuring reliable data capture, validation, and successful transmission to downstream VA systems Requirements: • 8+ years full-stack development • Strong React, API, and backend experience • AI-Assisted Development Experience • Hands-on use of GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude • Ability to generate, review, and refine AI-produced code within governed environments • Experience using AI for test generation, validation logic, and defect detection • Preferred VA Experience: Vets-website, vets-api, VA Forms (10-10EZ, 10-10CG, CHAMPVA), VA Profile, Lighthouse APIs, High-volume submission systems • Preferred Certifications (Not Required): AWS Developer, CKAD, Security+ (SEC+) Benefits: • health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance • a great 401(k) package • generous Paid Time Off
