Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica/SQL Developer with at least 9 years of hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and supporting complex ETL solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Informatica PowerCenter (9.x / 10.4), Oracle/PL-SQL, ETL automation, and end-to-end data analysis. Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Informatica PowerCenter ETL workflows, mappings, and sessions. Perform complex data analysis, data profiling, and root cause investigation for data quality issues. Develop high-performance Oracle SQL and PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages. Optimise, troubleshoot, and tune ETL jobs and database queries for maximum performance. Implement and enhance automation of ETL processes, including scheduling, monitoring, and exception handling. Work across the full Waterfall SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with business analysts, QA, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate and reliable data solutions. Prepare technical documentation, mapping sheets, job design documents, and support guides. Provide on-call support for production ETL jobs as required. Required Qualifications 9+ years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter (9.x / 10.4). Strong expertise in Informatica workflows, mappings, transformations, and performance tuning. Advanced skills in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Experience with ETL job automation, scheduling tools, and monitoring frameworks. Solid experience working in Waterfall SDLC environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex data issues. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Informatica PowerCenter certification. Experience with Unix shell scripting or other automation tools. Exposure to version control tools such as Git, SVN, or Bitbucket. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
