Design, implement, and manage executive-level reporting and dashboards using Databricks, SQL, and Python to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. | Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in BI or analytics, proficiency in SQL Server, Spark SQL or Python, enterprise BI experience including Power BI, strong data modeling and ETL knowledge, and excellent communication skills. | Overview As a Sr. Reporting Analyst - Business Intelligence, you'll help drive Concora Credit's Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit - every single day. The impact you'll have at Concora Credit: Responsible for developing and maintaining a wide range of reports and reporting systems that support the company's analytics, management, and operations. The Sr. Reporting Analyst will build and manage the portfolio performance and strategy tracking that supports the company's core business. You'll deliver executive-level reporting and insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll be the go-to expert for operational data, use Databricks and Python to optimize reporting and analytics, and collaborate with senior leadership, external merchants, and business partners. This position is ideal for someone who combines advanced technical skills with strong business acumen and a passion for data storytelling. This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and has a hybrid schedule. We're onsite Monday through Wednesday. We hire people, not positions. Responsibilities As our Sr. Reporting Analyst, you will: • Design, implement, and manage reporting structures that support operational efficiency and executive decision-making. • Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting packages for senior leadership, management teams, investors, and external partners • Utilize Databricks to process, validate, and optimize large datasets for enterprise-scale reporting. • Apply SQL, Python for automation, data transformation, and advanced analytics. • Present findings and recommendations through executive-ready reporting, visualizations, and data storytelling. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation, while maintaining project documentation in Azure DevOps or similar tools to support transparency and efficient delivery. • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, consolidate metrics, and promote self-service analytics. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Risk, Technology) to anticipate reporting needs and deliver scalable solutions. • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BI standards, best practices, and governance. Qualifications Requirements: • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business, or Mathematics. • 5+ years of experience in BI, reporting, or analytics, with proven success in executive-level reporting. • Demonstrated proficiency using SQL Server, Spark SQL, or Python. Databricks experience preferred. • Enterprise BI experience required - PowerBI experience preferred. • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and enterprise data warehouse concepts. • Expertise in Salesforce data is a Plus (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules). • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver insights directly to executives. • High attention to detail, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
