Manage multiple Agile projects by removing blockers, defining roadmaps, prioritizing user stories, and leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality delivery. | US citizenship, 2+ years Agile project management experience, PMP or Scrum Master certification, IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive or Tier 3 security clearance, undergraduate degree, and preferred experience with ETL and cloud integration tools. | About the role Concept Plus is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team supporting a client in providing data integration capabilities. Applicants will utilize ETL applications and similar tools to develop a modernized transaction processing platform, enhance reporting capabilities for customer data flows, and integrate a new customer portal for transaction transparency and efficient customer onboarding. What you'll do Deliver multiple Agile projects and removes blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology. Define the roadmap with the product owner for any given product and translates this into user stories. Prioritize user stories within the product backlog. Manage a multi-disciplinary team and tests to ensure quality levels are achieved. Qualifications US Citizenship Two (2) or more years of relevant experience Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology. Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories. Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog. Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team. Experience with testing to ensure quality levels. Undergraduate degree required. Certified PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent required. Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).
