Manage portfolio strategies, oversee brand performance, lead product innovation, and collaborate across functions for international markets. | Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in brand marketing with P&L responsibilities, experience in CPG or food industry, strong analytical and leadership skills. | Reporting to our Global Markets Brand Manager, you will manage the development and implementation of portfolio strategies and processes, P&L and brand performance oversight, and product innovation and growth plans for our International export business outside of North America. You will collaborate with business development, finance, supply chain, R&D, Demand Sciences, Legal, external agencies, and other partners to guide critical portfolio processes and deliver results. Your Impact: Use multiple internal and external sources of data to identify and evaluate brand expansion opportunities and develop solutions. Manage relationships with internal Conagra brand teams and partners around the world to ensure Global Markets priorities are achieved. Lead cross-functional teams on projects including new product development, line extensions, packaging updates, and pricing strategy. Partner with consumer insights and R&D to develop consumer learning plans. Coordinate yearly brand planning and portfolio development. Travel as needed; 1–2 trips per year. Your Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required with 3+ years of experience in brand marketing with P&L responsibilities. Business-to-Consumer (B2C) consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience in Brand Management or similar; food experience preferred but not required. Strategic and analytical capabilities using data to support business strategy and decisions. Experience leading teams and projects from start to finish, aligning business leadership at multiple levels of the organization and across geographies. Skilled at managing complexity, ambiguity, and intuitive decision-making. Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task. Skilled at communicating and influencing various levels of the organization and across geographies. Experience in international markets is helpful but not required. Oversee maintenance operations, troubleshoot and repair bakery equipment, and ensure safety and documentation compliance. | High school diploma, supervisory experience, 3-5 years in industrial maintenance, experience with bakery equipment and electrical/control systems, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, flexible schedule. | Shift: 6:15 PM-6:30 AM Hourly Rate: $42.00 an hour + $2.00 shift differential The Maintenance Lead will oversee the maintenance team for the shift specified. The Supervisor is accountable for keeping their shift on task and completing all required maintenance and appropriate documentation. This role also requires the individual to understand, troubleshoot and fix equipment in our Gluten Free Bakery and Granola commercial manufacturing plants. Specifically: Troubleshoot, repair and maintain bakery manufacturing equipment and building. Prepare and maintain documentation on operational equipment efficiency. Perform daily preventative maintenance. Responsible for following and enforcing procedures outlined in plans/manuals. Perform other duties as may be required and/or assigned. Essential Requirements Successful candidates will have experience and skills in the following: Previous supervisory experience in a maintenance role 3-5 years experience in industrial maintenance field. Experience in maintenance of bakery equipment (all types) and ovens preferred. Troubleshoot and repair electrical/control systems. Commercial machines. HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems. PM and troubleshooting ability. High School Diploma/GED. Technical or vocational training preferred. AIB Bakery Equipment training course attended This individual acknowledges as part of the management team, are responsible for food safety and quality at the Boulder Brand’s Udi’s Facilities In the instance this individual is absent from the facility and cannot be reached, their backup defaults to the individual that this individual reports to Successful candidates will be routinely required to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to problem-solving sessions designed to determine the root cause of failures and develop long-term corrective actions that will prevent recurrence. Aids in the identification of root cause and corrective actions. Manage medium to large food manufacturing projects including frozen food processing systems, leading engineering teams, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and performance goals. | Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 8+ years food manufacturing experience, 5+ years project management, frozen food experience, managing $5MM+ capital projects, and willingness to travel 25%. | Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will plan single or multiple projects that range in complexity. You will manage all aspects of the project (i.e., scope development, cost estimates and schedule, etc.) by collaborating within the engineering organization and with other cross-functional departments. You will manage all technical resources and influence team members to execute projects from conception to completion delivering success criteria and vertical start-up. You should have a solid understanding of the food processing technology employed in a USDA/frozen food production facility. This position is critical for providing manufacturing process/packaging systems and modification expertise for our manufacturing plants to deliver our company's established plans and goals for innovation, infrastructure, and cost savings. Typical projects involve state-of-the-art frozen food assembly/freezing/packaging systems, meat and poultry cook/cool systems, sauce processing systems, vegetable processing systems, dedicated product systems, factory automation, food equipment design and fabrication, building infrastructure and utility systems, and environmental health/food safety. Responsibilities Include: • Travel to internal and co-manufacturer manufacturing plants, vendors, suppliers, engineering service providers, and any other sites required to successfully execute projects.
