Manage portfolio strategies, oversee brand performance, and lead product innovation for international markets. | Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in brand marketing, experience in CPG or food industry, and strong data-driven decision-making skills. | Reporting to our Global Markets Brand Manager, you will manage the development and implementation of portfolio strategies and processes, P&L and brand performance oversight, and product innovation and growth plans for our International export business outside of North America. You will collaborate with business development, finance, supply chain, R&D, Demand Sciences, Legal, external agencies, and other partners to guide critical portfolio processes and deliver results. Your Impact: Use multiple internal and external sources of data to identify and evaluate brand expansion opportunities and develop solutions. Your Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required with 3+ years of experience in brand marketing with P&L responsibilities. Business-to-Consumer (B2C) consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience in Brand Management or similar; food experience preferred but not required. Strategic and analytical capabilities using data to support business strategy and decisions. The Supervisor is accountable for keeping their shift on task and completing all required maintenance and appropriate documentation.
