This national leadership role owns the infrastructure that powers CMC's regions from equipment and labs to software and billing systems. Ideal for an operational expert who thrives in optimizing systems at scale. Key Responsibilities: • Manage equipment/labs team and troubleshoot field issues • Own vendor negotiation, procurement, and cost centers • Drive dashboarding, charting QA, and scheduling platform improvements • Oversee onboarding/training for field ops and new centers • Administer national tools: EHRs, lab forms, scheduling, etc. Success Metrics: • Equipment and tools operational effectiveness • Lab quality/cost/time improvements year-over-year • Scheduling/charting quality • Resolution timeframe of field data/equipment issues • Net Service Retention What You Bring: • 7+ years in healthcare operations or shared services leadership • Strong technical operations and vendor management experience • Comfort with EHRs, logistics systems, and cross-functional training • Dental or lab experience preferred
