Lead national shared services infrastructure including equipment, labs, software, billing, vendor management, and operational improvements. | 7+ years healthcare operations/shared services leadership with strong technical operations, vendor management, and familiarity with EHRs and logistics systems. | Title: Shared Services Director Location: Flexible / Remote (Preferred Phoenix, AZ) Reports to: Chief Operating Officer About Us: Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is the largest provider of onsite dental, vision, podiatry & audiology services to senior facilities in 24 states across hundreds of centers in the US. We are a family-founded business, focused on providing preventative care with dignity and respect to some of the most vulnerable elderly populations in America. We serve tens of thousands of participants and are driven by one goal - the next patient whose care matters. Role Overview: If you've always wanted to lead the backbone of a healthcare business building national systems, optimizing tools, and eliminating operational defects this role puts you in the driver's seat. If you believe that better tools, better data, and better logistics directly improve care for vulnerable populations, we want you on the team. This national leadership role owns the infrastructure that powers CMC's regions from equipment and labs to software and billing systems. Ideal for an operational expert who thrives in optimizing systems at scale. Key Responsibilities: • Manage equipment/labs team and troubleshoot field issues • Own vendor negotiation, procurement, and cost centers • Drive dashboarding, charting QA, and scheduling platform improvements • Oversee onboarding/training for field ops and new centers • Administer national tools: EHRs, lab forms, scheduling, etc. Success Metrics: • Equipment and tools operational effectiveness • Lab quality/cost/time improvements year-over-year • Scheduling/charting quality • Resolution timeframe of field data/equipment issues • Net Service Retention What You Bring: • 7+ years in healthcare operations or shared services leadership • Strong technical operations and vendor management experience • Comfort with EHRs, logistics systems, and cross-functional training • Dental or lab experience preferred
