The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs at CUC. This includes managing print collateral, coordinating patient education materials, and ensuring brand integrity across all communications. | A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is required. Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. | Overview In collaboration with patients, families (as defined by the patient), and staff across all disciplines and departments; this position reports to the Director of Communications and is responsible for developing, executing and monitoring CUC marketing programs. This includes coordinating day to day marking needs at CUC including print collateral management, photography and quality control, working closely with the director. The Marketing Specialist will coordinate closely with the rest of the Communications team to provide full service, integrated communication support for strategic and operational initiatives at the direction of the Director of Communications and senior leadership. Responsibilities Essential Duties: Works with communications team and clients to develop targeted marketing plans to help CUC meet its organizational Monitors and advises on signage at sites and branding needs, including promotional items for community events, staff signatures and other creative brand Develops and manages print collateral needs for CUC and related sites. Responsible for the development and or coordination of patient education materials and patient marketing materials in English and in Assuring that all material is accurate, culturally relevant, and has appropriate literacy level. This includes but is not limited to: booklets, brochures, posters, signage, etc., for use at our clinics and in community and coordinate with consultants to assure the timely delivery of all products. Provides high quality photography for events and other marketing Monitor and maintain brand integrity for all printed material ensuring consistency of use of logos, colors, photos for internal and external Promulgates brand and style guidelines for all publications and content produced by staff and communications Understand precautions needed to protect patient information in a marketing Keep up with marketing content trends and best practices and work to incorporate them into existing marketing communication Assist the team by participating in community programs, events, outreach activities, trainings, meetings, etc as requested by supervisor, this may include activities outside of the office and outside of regular work Demonstrate a willingness to be an active participant in initiatives that have fundamental impact on the organization. Performs any other duties as needed to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization. Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years of professional experience in a similar role and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and developing content for internal channels, including staff emails and newsletters. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication and engagement within the organization. | A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, along with 2 years of professional experience in organizational communications or a newsroom. The candidate should possess strong communication and content management skills. | Overview The Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and developing content for internal channels as well as other duties as part of the Communications Department at CommUnityCare. This position will curate, manage, and provide content for channels including staff emails; create and schedule employee engagement content for CommUnityCare’s Viva Engage platform; the all-team employee newsletter The Weekly Brief; support operations and clinical communications; and CommUnityCare's Intranet. This position will proactively work with the Communications team, members of the CommUnityCare’s executive and leadership teams, Central Health enterprise departments (People Department and Joint Tech), and others, as well as with vendors and partners who collaborate with the district. Hybrid = Individuals in this position may work both at an approved off-site location and onsite at a primary location or multiple locations based on business needs Responsibilities Essential Functions Curates, manages, and provides content for channels including staff emails; presentations at team and staff meetings; the all-team employee newsletter The Weekly Brief; Viva Engage and CommUnityCare’s corporate Intranet. Proactively works with the Communications team, members of the CommUnityCare executive and leadership teams, CommUnityCare employee-facing departments (including Central Health People and Joint Tech Departments), and others, as well as with vendors and partners who collaborate with the district. Works closely with the People department and leaders across CommUnityCare to develop plans, goals, strategies, and tactics to reach and engage employees, partners and vendors, and prospective CommUnityCare. Leads in crafting a comprehensive, holistic approach to keeping employees informed and interested in organizational content that engages, inspires, and motivates in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan. Plans and coordinates quality assurance, review, approval, and distribution of communication products to both internal and external audiences of CommUnityCare. Serves as a communications advisor within CommUnityCare. Ensures that employee-facing content and messaging is consistent with CommUnityCare’s external communications in facts, emphasis and tone. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in journalism, communications, public relations, information studies, psychology, marketing, or related field required. Required Work Experience: 2 years full-time professional experience in an organizational communications department or a newsroom (of any size), or the equivalent required.
