The right candidate will have hands-on experience working in regulated environments that require Microsoft GCC High. You’ll work directly with our clients and our team to design, implement, and support secure IT systems that meet strict government and industry standards. Responsibilities • Administer and support Microsoft 365 GCC High and related compliance-focused environments • Implement and maintain security controls aligned with NIST 800-171 and CMMC requirements • Manage Active Directory, Intune, Azure AD, and other Microsoft technologies • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system and compliance-related issues • Collaborate with clients to ensure their IT environments meet or exceed compliance standards • Contribute to IT roadmaps, documentation, and compliance reporting Qualifications • Proven IT administration experience in compliance-driven environments • Strong knowledge of Microsoft GCC High, NIST 800, and/or CMMC • Familiarity with government/defense contractor IT environments (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, and security hardening best practices • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment Why Join Us?
