Review monthly labor and cost reports to ensure projects are being completed at the pre-established goal. Assist with mentoring junior staff in learning sound technical and business practices and enhancing corporate objectives. Assist with the preparation for public hearings, meetings and any other presentations in relation to current projects. Works efficiently with the Billing Department to authorize and transmit bills to client. Follows up with clients for timely payments. Adhere to Health and Safety program and all applicable SOPs. May oversee the activities of assigned staff, including but not limited to timesheet review and approval, performance evaluation and daily supervision. Qualifications Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent work experience as required to maintain licensed architect status. 8+ years of experience as an Architect. Licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required. Previous use and understanding of AutoCAD and Revit design software with the ability to produce preliminary and schematic designs in AutoCAD at a minimum, but Revit is desired. Strong communication skills required. Willingness to mentor team members on technical and professional skills. Previous business development and project management experience preferred in planning and executing design/construction projects. Ability to work in close collaboration with other managers and leadership, clients, in-house and outside consultants. Client facing experience. Ability to work primarily independently. Willing to travel occasionally to client sites and meetings. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
