As part of our Enterprise Sales team, you will manage some of Collibra’s largest customers and prospects. In this role, you will use your knowledge in Enterprise SaaS sales to establish trusted and credible relationships, build Collibra’s brand and awareness around our solution, and serve as a Data Intelligence advisor throughout the customer journey, driving demand, adoption and expansion for Collibra solutions within your territory. Senior Account Executives are responsible for • Prospecting for net new accounts, greenfield building, and developing relationships with existing customers to maintain active deal pipeline and ideal quota coverage in your HCLS territory • Managing and create demand for expansion on existing customers to widen the footprint of Collibra within these accounts • Managing complex deal cycles, from lead origination to stakeholder mapping, through negotiation to close and expansion. • Successfully collaborating with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process where you will identify value and ROI to support customer’s needs • Reliable, accurate forecasting, with Salesforce updates reflective of real-time activity You have • Consistently achieved or overachieved your SaaS sales quota • Experience in the Data Management domain and Healthcare Life Sciences vertical required • Originated and navigated complex, direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders • Sold net-new business and expansion opportunities to C-level buyers in large enterprise accounts • Managed consultative sales processes, with value-based impacts or outcomes • At least 2-4 years of experience in software project enterprise sales familiar with corresponding sales methodologies and comprehensible track records • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location. Simultaneously, you will help optimize our cost, security and operations to enable ever better solutions for the needs of our sophisticated customer base in the Fortune 500 of defense, finance, healthcare, insurance, software development and more Senior Technical Product Managers at Collibra are responsible for • Developing the product vision and delivering on the feature roadmap • Overseeing planning and execution for their product teams • Owning product delivery commitments and outcomes by managing the backlog and milestones of your teams • Representing the customer and user • Collaborating with the extended product and engineering org • Tracking the progress, mitigating the risks, and managing the dependencies of your product deliverables • Understanding customer pain points and industry trends to provide new product ideas and make data-informed decisions • Acting as an expert on the cloud infrastructure within the company • Ensuring our security stance is mature and thorough You have • Extensive experience building SaaS or software products for use in high-scrutiny cloud environments, with experience in reliability strongly preferred • Experience in building products for highly regulated private industry like healthcare, finance, etc • Proven track record of successful product launches in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience gathering technical requirements, creating specifications and workflow documents for product and feature releases; proficient in presentations, experience with Jira a plus • Proficiency with Agile, Continuous Integration/Development, DevOps, GitOps, and SDLC models • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Management (PM/PO/technical lead) • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Must be eligible to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship • Because this role supports the US government, it is required that this candidate be a US citizen who resides on US soil • Experience with reliability/SRE is a plus You are • A team leader and motivator who can influence and inspire others, especially removing barriers • Proficient with metrics and quantitative analysis; able to extract meaning from data • A decision-maker who can navigate ambiguity and work toward certainty • A good communicator who is comfortable presenting to both colleagues and external vendors • A collaborator and project manager who can ensure sustainable delivery Measures of success • Within the first month, you will complete the onboarding process, meet different teams in the organization, understand Collibra's vision and strategy, study the various products and services, and attend daily scrum calls and Agile ceremonies with the development team • Within your third month, you will become familiar with the prioritized backlog in Jira, able to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders, work closely with operations and engineering teams, document business and technical requirements, participate in cross planning meetings, understand metrics, and build reports • Within your sixth month, you will create clear product goals, facilitate quarterly prioritization and planning, manage production engineering requests throughout the Product Life Cycle, and make changes in processes based on learnings from the first six months Compensation for This Role The standard base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $228,000 per year.
