We’re looking for a highly motivated Partner Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and lead key strategic initiatives that drive brand growth through external partnerships. This role will own the planning, execution, and optimization of PSA’s Partner Marketing programs, including but not limited to our Breaker Partner Program, the PSA Dealer Marketing Program, and various external partner, vendor, and contractor relationships. The ideal candidate has experience managing B2B partnerships that deliver B2C value, executing full-funnel marketing campaigns, and navigating the sports collectibles or adjacent enthusiast spaces. You’ll report to the Senior Director of PSA Marketing and work from our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. What You’ll Do • Breaker Partner Program: Lead the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies in collaboration with breaking partners. • PSA Dealer Marketing Program: Create and scale co-marketing opportunities within PSA’s approved dealer network. • External Vendors & Relationships: Manage deliverables and cross-functional collaboration with existing and new third-party vendors, contractors, and marketplaces. • Campaign Development: Plan and execute integrated full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and planned events to drive awareness and submissions. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Creative, and Research teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals. • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, measure impact, and provide regular reporting on partnership performance, ROI, and opportunities for optimization. • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and sustained growth. • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, emerging partnerships, and competitive activities to inform strategy and positioning. Who You Are • 4–6 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing • Experience in collectibles, sports, or enthusiast verticals a plus. • Proven track record of managing partnership campaigns from ideation through execution and reporting. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically. • Experience in collectibles, trading cards, or sports marketing is a plus • Familiarity with influencer/breaker platforms & ecosystems is a plus • Creative campaign development or agency/vendor management background would be a plus Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $97,000-$114,000.
