We’re looking for a hands-on Workday Manager to join our HRIS team to manage and optimize the Workday Recruiting and Onboarding modules. You’d work closely with our Talent Acquisition, People, and Finance teams as a critical partner in maintaining and creating related reporting and metrics. Product and Design: Our Product and Design teams are helping to create a seamless user experience across various platforms to provide the most trusted services and delightful experiences for grading, protecting, managing, buying, selling, and sharing collectibles. Our grading operation processes millions of collectibles a year and serves as a research hub for collectors across collectible categories. By defining the standards in the collectibles industry, we have earned customer trust that we can leverage across our expanding suite of services such as Vault and Marketplace that offer premium collection management and liquidity options to our customers in addition to our grading services. Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our CORE Platform team, which builds the foundational service mesh and orchestration layer that powers Collectors’ ecosystem of integrated products across our Grading and Marketplace experiences. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of product and infrastructure, owning systems that orchestrate mission-critical customer touchpoints and transactional processes across ordering, fulfillment, payments, notifications, and more. You'll partner closely with cross functional product and technology teams to design scalable, event-driven systems that coordinate services, manage dependencies, and ensure seamless end-to-end execution of our customer experiences. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Product Management, Experience Infrastructure. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite some of the time. Remote or hybrid candidates will be considered. What You’ll Do • Work across teams to ensure backend workflows scale with growth and support new product innovation across Collectors’ global line of businesses, as well as our growing portfolio of external integration partners. • Lead the evolution of a homegrown orchestration layer into a robust, scalable platform—enabling faster product development, cross-team reuse, and consistent execution across services. • Evaluate and improve system workflows and integration patterns in a distributed architecture (e.g., payments, submissions, vaulting) to remove friction and enable seamless integration across customer experiences. • Help drive the execution of a company-wide ERP migration, responsible for both the integration layer between the ERP and internal systems, and for the orchestration services that manage workflows outside the ERP. • Translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications, balancing trade-offs between speed, scalability, and maintainability. • Drive cross-functional alignment and lead without direct authority by clearly articulating technical trade-offs, product rationale, and roadmap priorities to stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and executive leadership—ensuring complex initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. • Develop clear documentation and enablement resources to support platform adoption and alignment across teams. Who You Are • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong preference for platform, infrastructure, or complex systems-oriented product work. • Proven success defining and delivering platform-level roadmaps that serve multiple products or customer groups. • Deep understanding of user experience principles with a talent for simplifying complex systems into intuitive, scalable solutions. • Exceptionally strong product instincts with the ability to translate technical infrastructure into platform capabilities that accelerate product development. • Strong collaborator and communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and can align technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Passion for collecting is a plus! Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $135,549 - $220,067. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
