This role is a paid six-month internship that will begin in June and continue into the Fall semester with opportunity to extend beyond. This intern will join our Finance Team to assist with the design and implementation of data models and dashboards for operational analytics on the GIT tech stack. We are in the process of developing and delivering data products that would deliver meaningful insights to the finance and the cross functional teams and your task would be to be part of the finance pods and support the building of the analytics pipeline and BI dashboards Responsibilities May Include: • Data Pipeline support: Assist in building, maintaining and monitoring data pipelines, CI/CD automations • Collaboration and communication: Working closely with the team members to understand the needs, troubleshoot issues and provide timely and accurate solutions • Documentation: Document the data flows and contribute to the internal knowledge bases • Ad-hoc Analysis and reporting support: Prepare data for ad-hoc reports, and support the data validation process • BI Dashboard support: Support the BI reports / dashboards in Sigma as need be • Additional responsibilities will be dependent upon specific project assignment Qualifications: • Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a college or university with a graduation date of or later than December 2026 • Majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business/ IT Systems Management, or a related field • Documentation of authorization to work in the United States, not requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future • A minimum GPA of 2.8 • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment • Must be available to work hybrid at our Piscataway, NJ office location • Must be available to work 35 hours/week during the Summer • 20 hours/week during the Fall semester • Ability to work collaboratively with professionals of diverse backgrounds and technological skill levels • Intermediate to advanced Python programming skills • Intermediate to advanced SQL programming skills • Knowledge of, or experience modeling data schemas and database architecture • Knowledge of, or experience with data visualization/visual language of dashboarding Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $23.50 - $33.50 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
