This role supports This role will partner closely with the CPO & VP of Organizational Effectiveness to plan, track, and execute critical projects, including organizational review efforts. Duties and Responsibilities: • Partner with HR and Organizational Effectiveness leaders to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Support and/or prepare project meetings, workshops, and working sessions content (including tracking actions and ensuring the appropriate follow-up • Track project progress and success measures tied to project outcomes, identify and document risks, and ensure milestones are met • Support the design and execution of organizational review initiatives, including data gathering and synthesis • Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations • Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and track data related to project deliverables • Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and proactively capture for management meetings • Assist with communications planning and execution (eg. assist with drafting updates, stakeholder communications) • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication • Ensure alignment of project deliverables to the overall roadmap and priorities • Maintain clear documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes • Coordinate session logistics and materials to support HR/OD initiatives • Directly and indirectly responsible for product quality • Performs other duties as assigned by management to support the business

Will be responsible for leading and driving company financial Budgeting, Forecasting, financial metrics, finance treasury, debt analysis, and ad-hoc reports. This professional with be instrumental in the growth of the firms financial operations. Lead and Driving Forecasting cycle, including but not limited to various accounting financial statements. RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for Full Financials & Consolidations - through G/L including monthly operating financial statements • Lead forecasts, monthly variance analysis, free cash flow, operating plan, and five-year long-range plan • Support strategic financial & treasury planning and new business policies • Work with outside bank relationships, lenders, and outside auditors inquiries ensuring accurate reports and coordination • Directly work with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and support finance strategic initiatives. • Supports the Group CFO/COO and Controllers on key finance projects, treasury finance analysis, and ad-hoc requests. • Ensure a timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities • Manage Capex Management Reporting • Analyze debt reporting to lenders • Preparation of the monthly management financial statements and working papers. • Work closely with other teams on adhoc projects, including supporting financial impact for transactions/merger & acquisition • Working with external service providers including auditors to assist in completing the annual audits and tax returns. REQUIREMENTS • 8-15yrs years of Accounting/Financial experience • Needs to have Strong GAAP - Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Consolidations • Must have bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master's and CPA a plus • Treasury and or Debt Finance Experience • Netsuite ERP Software • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently most of the time • MS Office proficiency--especially with Excel • Problem solver with attention to detail • Available spending 4 days in office
