Responsible for driving shareholder value through the maximization of market share. Effectively lead trade execution through the management of field personnel within a designated territory. This role recommends sales and execution programs within their territory and sets short- and long-term sales and execution goals for their team. Makes day-to-day decisions for their account management team. Maintains thorough knowledge of department processes. The Sales Execution Manager is looked for leadership and relied upon to make day-to-day decisions that affect the total supply chain. Duties and Responsibilities • Build and maintain partnerships with customers while driving customer satisfaction through excellence in execution. • Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members (Merchandisers, ORMs, SDMs, Account Managers) • Develop team Capabilities for future career advancement • Supervise the daily sales and align merchandising/order replenishment activities through collaboration with Field Sales teams • Schedule Merchandisers/ORMs to meet business demands • Main “Point of Contact” responsible for ordering, transmissions, missed deliveries, dispatch, hot shots, off day deliveries and CSTs • Build relationships with store managers and outlet team members • Routinely visit accounts to monitor adherence to merchandising/order replenishment standards and back room management • Manage labor and OPEX merchandising budgets • Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and partner with sales personnel to achieve sales objectives. • Develop a sound knowledge of all sales capabilities to effectively sell all products and packages. • Drive profitable growth at assigned accounts where a lead role is required and participate in joint calls with key account sales partners as necessary. • Analyze market sales reports to deliver volume and revenue targets. • Represent Company in local government/community forums, as needed, on issues that impact our business. • Collaborate with Area Sales Manager and sales personnel to develop key customer relationships and strategies to deliver required execution. • Responsible for the coaching, developing and encouraging excellence from a diverse team. • Directly responsible for the management, planning, and administration of sales and distribution of a designated sales territory. • Manage sales, profit and operational expenses for designated sales territory. • Monitor market execution and merchandising standards to ensure compliance. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to maintain appropriate staffing levels • Respond to and resolve customer merchandising issues • Manage weekly merchandising time keeping and mileage approvals Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma required • 5+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery sales required. • Requires experience managing people/budgets. • 3+ years supervising sales staff. • Packaged goods experience preferred; Some beverage experience an asset. • Strong presence and persuasive presentation skills • Intermediate computer and database application skills. Ability to multitask handling multiple customer accounts • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. Additional Relevant Information: General Purpose The Equipment Fulfillment Center Warehouse Lead This position is responsible for functioning as a working lead, supporting the roles of the Warehouse operations, including but not limited to: Equipment Fulfillment Tech I & II forklift operator, general labor, inventory, yard Jokey. Duties and Responsibilities • Staff, train, evaluate, guide, and develop team members with hands on training. • Good communication skills. • Assists EFC supervise with the daily activities of the warehouse. • Liaise with internal customers, suppliers, and transport companies (if required). • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment, ensuring that stock such as chemicals. • Receiving and diagnosing machine changes as needed, inputting parts information into handheld (if available) and completing equipment EMO set up requests. • Clear understanding of Technician performance Category 1 remanufacturing tasks for Make Ready, these tasks are primarily cosmetic including decals and faceplate replacements. • Understand the proper set up machines as instructed from the Electronic Move Order (EMO) requests. • Audit parts usage. • Understand the receiving and diagnosing equipment issues. • Inputting parts information into handheld if need. • Help determine workflow. • Perform initial quality check as equipment audit. • Effectively determine status and where to send machines and assign proper work class. Bottom of Form • Operate industrial vehicles and equipment (if required) • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. • Flexibility to travel to other location as needed (Rapid responder). Qualifications • Education: • High School or GED preferred. • Experience: • 0-3 years of relatable work experience required. • 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred. • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus. • Ability to operator a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product. • Demonstrated attention to detail. Forklift certification is (preferred) • Experience: 1-3 years mechanical service experience required. • 2-5 years mechanic service preferred. Basic Electrical and Refrigeration Training. • Diagnostic Methodology. • Able to lift at least 50lbs.
