Qualifications • Technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management. • 10+ years’ experience with customer-facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customer base, and advanced troubleshooting. • Understanding of Architecture and Strategy. • Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises and cloud environments. • Familiar with Microsoft enterprise software product offerings. • Expertise in Virtualization and Cloud Technologies • Strong hands-on experience with Hyper-V 2016+ and SCVMM 2016+ • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Stack HCI 22H2+ and Azure Arc • Proficiency in Virtualization migrations (e.g., VMware to Hyper-V) • Solid Windows Server Knowledge • Hands on with Windows Server 2012 R2–2025 • Failover Clustering and Storage Spaces Direct • Active Directory configuration and policy management • Scripting and Automation • Proficiency in PowerShell 5.x and Core 7.x Optional Skills • Familiarity with Azure IaaS, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery • Experience with backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, Zerto) • Exposure to SCOM, SCDPM, SCCM/MECM, SQL Server on VMs • Basic networking and storage solution skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. The base salary range for this position is $106,000 - $140,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
