Salesforce Business Analyst Position Description The Salesforce Business Analyst evaluates and enhances business processes by analyzing current operations, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements based on industry best practices. This role assesses both existing and new systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and operational needs while optimizing performance and efficiency. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define system requirements, developing process documentation, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing solutions that drive productivity.
