Oversee daily operations of after-school programs, supervise staff, develop activities, and ensure compliance with regulations. | At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-age youth, strong organizational skills, dependability, and a passion for youth development. | Lead with Purpose – Become a Program Leader with Club K After School Zone Location: We have programs at elementary schools in Tigard-Tualatin, West Linn-Wilsonville and Beaverton School Districts (75% on-site) + Beaverton Office (25%) Schedule: Monday–Friday afternoons (average 26–28 hours/week) + ~2 weekday mornings Compensation: Starting at $19.00+/hour, DOE & education level No weekends. We're seeking a Program Leader to drive success at one of our K–5 after-school program locations. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a passion for youth development, strong team management skills, and a desire to create exceptional experiences for elementary-aged students. What You’ll Do As a Program Leader, you will: Oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our licensed after-school sites Supervise and support a team of 1–2 teachers and/or aides Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that reflect Club K’s values: Safety, Fun, Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, and Continuous Improvement Maintain compliance with Oregon state childcare regulations and reporting Manage site logistics, student records, and parent communications Collaborate with our admin team to meet program goals and plan for site success What We’re Looking For Required: At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-age youth (teaching, camp, or enrichment programs) Required: Strong organizational skills, dependability, and a passion for youth development Preferred: Leadership experience or experience supervising staff Preferred: Knowledge of child development and best practices in school-age care Requirements Before Your Start Date Don’t worry—we’ll help guide you through each of these steps: Oregon Central Background Registry enrollment CPR/First Aid Certification Food Handler’s Permit Completion of Oregon's Child Care Safety Set Trainings (online modules) Why Club K?
