Role Summary CloudFactory is seeking a hands-on Web Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of our website and social presence. This role has full ownership of web management, including site performance, SEO, analytics, design updates, and platform evolution, while also managing CloudFactory’s social media channels. Reporting to Marketing leadership, this individual will be responsible for delivering a high-performing, modern web experience that drives awareness, engagement, and top-of-funnel growth. The ideal candidate is a builder: deeply hands-on, design-savvy, data-driven, and fluent in leveraging AI to rapidly create, test, and optimize web and landing page experiences. The Web Marketing Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership of CloudFactory’s web presence. This includes day-to-day site management, SEO, web analytics, content updates, and design execution, as well as leading the transition to a new web platform. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring strong hands-on execution, attention to detail, and a constant optimization mindset. The role also owns social media execution, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement across key channels. Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management & Optimization Own all aspects of CloudFactory’s website, including structure, content, performance, and user experience. Manage and execute ongoing web updates, content changes, and design enhancements. Lead and oversee the website redesign and migration to a new platform, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed. Ensure site reliability, performance, accessibility, and scalability. SEO, Analytics & Performance Own SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content optimization, and performance monitoring. Manage web analytics and measurement, tracking key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and funnel performance. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor web performance and inform optimization decisions. Continuously test, learn, and optimize site structure, content, and experiences to improve outcomes. Web Design & Development Design and build web pages and landing pages using modern tools and frameworks. Leverage Figma for design workflows and collaboration, and Framer for rapid prototyping and production-ready web experiences. Partner with product marketing and digital marketing teams to translate messaging and campaigns into effective web experiences. Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and high-quality execution across the site. AI-Driven Web Creation Leverage AI tools and workflows to rapidly create, personalize, and optimize web pages and landing pages. Use AI to accelerate experimentation, content variation, SEO optimization, and conversion rate improvements. Continuously explore and apply new AI-driven approaches to improve speed, relevance, and performance. Social Media Management Own execution of CloudFactory’s social media presence across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X). Manage posting cadence, content execution, and performance tracking. Partner with marketing and leadership teams to amplify key campaigns, announcements, and thought leadership. Qualifications Proven experience owning and managing B2B websites end-to-end, with full accountability for performance and outcomes. Strong hands-on experience with SEO, web analytics, and continuous optimization. Proficiency with modern design and web tools, including Figma and Framer. Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI to rapidly build, personalize, and optimize web and landing page experiences. Strong design sensibility paired with a data-driven mindset. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally without direct reports. Experience Required 5–10 years of experience in web management, web design, digital marketing, or related roles. Hands-on experience managing website redesigns or platform migrations.
