Provide comprehensive executive and operational support, manage complex calendars, coordinate strategic initiatives, and improve processes. | 5+ years supporting C-level executives and operations in dynamic environments, with strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills. | CloudCruise builds computer-use infrastructure for healthcare. We replace the brittle, manual workflows that plague healthcare revenue cycle management - things like eligibility checks, claims submissions, and prior authorizations - with deterministic browser agents that self-heal when systems change. We just raised $5M and brought angels like Zack Lipton (CTO Abridge), David Singleton (fmr. CTO Stripe), and Mike Gao (CEO SmarterDx) on board and serve dozens of customers running tens of thousands automations daily. We're solving one of the hardest problems in healthcare IT - making automation reliable on top of legacy systems that were never designed for AI agents. The Role This is our first dedicated business hire. You'll work directly with the CEO across every non-engineering function: sales, hiring, customer support, marketing, events, and whatever else needs to get done to scale from where we are to 10x. There is no playbook. You'll be building processes from scratch, context-switching constantly, and owning outcomes end-to-end. What You'll Do Outbound Sales & Pipeline: Research prospects, run outreach sequences, book discovery calls, and support the CEO through deal cycles with healthcare AI companies and enterprise RCM firms. Hiring & Recruiting: Source candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and help close hires as we grow the team. Events & Community: Plan and execute networking events, dinners, and meetups in the SF healthcare AI ecosystem. Represent CloudCruise at conferences and industry gatherings. Marketing & Content: Help shape our positioning, draft outbound messaging, manage social presence, and produce content that resonates with healthcare operators and buyers. Customer Support & Success: Be the first line of response for customer issues. Triage, escalate to engineering when needed, and make sure customers feel taken care of. Operations & Everything Else: Vendor management, internal tooling, process documentation - whatever the business needs to keep moving. About You Relentlessly resourceful. You don't wait for permission or instructions. You see what needs to happen and you go do it. High output, high quality. You move fast without cutting corners. Details matter to you - a sloppy email or missed follow-up bothers you. Socially sharp. You read rooms well, build rapport quickly, and can hold your own in conversations with C-suite execs, investors, and engineers alike. Hungry. You want to be at a company where your work directly moves the needle. You're motivated by impact, not titles. Adaptable. You can go from writing a sales email to triaging a customer issue to prepping a hiring scorecard in the same afternoon - and enjoy it. 1-4 years of experience in a high-performance environment - startups, consulting, banking, or similar. What matters more is what you've done with your time than how many years you've logged. Based in SF or willing to relocate. We work in-person. Nice to Have Technical background or comfort with developer tools - our product is infrastructure for engineers, and being able to speak their language matters Experience in healthcare, health tech, or selling to healthcare buyers Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Clay, etc.) Prior startup experience, especially at seed or Series A stage Exposure to revenue cycle management or healthcare operations Why CloudCruise Real traction, real problem.
