This role requires expertise in configuring firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocols. Key Responsibilities • Configure Palo Alto firewalls to maintain access policies for clients. • Create VPN tunnels on firewalls and troubleshoot related issues. • Maintain knowledge of 3rd party connectivity infrastructure networks and security. • Configure routing protocols such as RIP, RIPv2, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF. • Coordinate with vendors for existing or new implementations. • Handle service restoration, service requests, and change requests. • Commission and decommission network components. • FOLLOW CHANGE CONTROL SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL PROCESSES. • Plan, schedule, and implement network device software and hardware upgrades and migrations. • Develop and maintain documentation. • Analytically resolve network problems. • Update network drawings using Visio.
