Oversee contract support activities including technical direction, personnel and budget management, and liaise with government stakeholders to ensure compliance and project success. | Minimum SECRET clearance, 8+ years federal contracting program management, bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and DoD IT policy knowledge required. | ROLE: IT PROGRAM MANAGER The Program Manager serves as the senior point of contact responsible for the overall management, direction, and coordination of all contract support activities for the USASMDC IT/IM CIMS IV program. This role ensures effective performance across all task requirements, manages technical and administrative operations, oversees personnel, budgets, and deliverables, and acts as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Alternate CORs (ACORs). The Program Manager is accountable for quality control, compliance, and the achievement of contract objectives, and must demonstrate leadership in IT operations, project management, and federal contracting environments.
