Build a targeted account approach within your assigned region(s) and practice(s) using research, insights, and personalized messaging for individual personas. Manage end-to-end pipeline, including managing correspondences with prospects, proactively updating Salesforce, creating SOWs and proposal decks, leading vendor onboarding, and completing knowledge transfers to delivery teams. Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and engagement in Salesforce. Collaborate with Strategic Alliances, Marketing, and Practice team members to drive sales Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport Help identify and qualify leads/sales opportunities from marketing campaigns What You’ll Bring : 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or related fields with a track record of building and managing pipeline 1+ years of experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast activity, and maintain data integrity 1+ years of experience using sales tools (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold outreach, follow-ups, and persona-based messaging Nice-to-Haves : Experience working in the professional services industry and/or working with technologies like Blackline, Kyriba, Coupa, HighRadius, Workiva, Pigment, OneStream, etc. Ability to work as a team player in a highly collaborative environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence engaging stakeholders at varying levels of seniority Ability to translate complex offerings and industry insights into clear, compelling value propositions Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work for our clients and internal stakeholders. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role.
