The Customer Support Specialist will foster positive customer relationships through daily interactions and respond to high-priority voice and email requests. They will also provide status updates on orders and facilitate order completion while working with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. | Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in MS Excel. Prior customer service experience and the ability to work in a team are also important, along with a self-motivated problem-solving attitude. | The Customer Support Specialist will handle day-to-day special requests for all Clear Capital valuation products while building relationships with our valued customers. Demonstrated ability to work in a team to handle day-to-day volume as well as spikes in volume Self-motivated problem solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of tasks and assigned projects Quality Assurance experience is a plus Prior customer service experience is a plus Experience working on the Commercial and/or Quality Assurance teams is a plus Ability to work overtime (OT) when needed What You Can Expect Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $20.00 to $28.00 hourly, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. You are responsible for disseminating the vision of customer success and opportunity across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strategy aligns with the vision of success, and enforcing accountability to that success. You will maintain a pulse on customer sentiment, maintain proactive account management routines, and mitigate customer churn however possible. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as selling products and negotiating contracts with potential clients. We are in a high growth state, so this is a fast-paced sales role that will be a fit for passionate and seasoned sales professionals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in real estate and real estate technology. A deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills at the executive level. Previous experience in a sales role is required.
