Lead government and contract compliance functions, supervise compliance teams, enforce wage laws and union requirements, resolve audit findings, and train staff on regulations. | Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience, FAR competency, leadership skills, government contracting knowledge, legal research, and communication skills. | The Sr. Compliance Manager will provide leadership on all government and contract compliance functions nationally for the company.
