Role Overview: ClarityPay is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Director/Manager, Client Presentation Design, who is responsible for shaping how the company visually tells its story to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. This colleague oversees the creation of highimpact, brandaligned presentations that translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives. Acting as the strategic bridge between creative design and commercial strategy, the Director plays a critical role in winning new business, elevating client communication, and strengthening the company’s brand presence in the marketplace. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision, storytelling expertise, technical mastery, and client-facing confidence. The Director/Manager works closely with cross-functional partners, particularly Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership—to craft presentations that influence decision-making and drive business outcomes. Projects range from high-stakes pitch decks and executive narratives to scalable sales materials, merchant facing materials, communication templates and visual frameworks. The ideal candidate brings expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma, along with a deep understanding of brand systems, presentation UX, and narrative flow. They should be highly effective communicators who can collaborate with internal and external teams, provide creative direction, and offer strategic counsel to senior stakeholders. This role may also involve travel for live pitch support, including on-site presentation consultation and real-time creative problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Pitch Deck & Presentation Design Design visually compelling pitch decks, templates, and sales presentations that simplify complex ideas. Create layouts, graphics, diagrams, infographics, and visual frameworks supporting the GTM storyline. Build modular slide libraries sellers can easily customize for prospects. Build modular slide libraries for the Client Services can easily customize for Merchant Onboardings and trainings. Lead design for executive pitches, strategic account meetings, conference presentations and merchant training materials and ad-hoc requests from the Commercial team. Brand & Visual Consistency Maintain visual identity standards across all sales materials. Develop and enforce design guidelines for layout, structure, typography, iconography, and visual hierarchy. Partner with Brand/Creative teams to ensure enterprise-level consistency. Collaboration & Content Integration Work together with the Director of Sales Enablement & Content to visually express narratives, talk tracks, sell sheets, case studies and value propositions. Bring content to life through visual storytelling, motion, structure, and clarity. Translate complex product and data-heavy messaging into intuitive visuals. Tools, Templates & Design Systems Own the creation and governance of presentation templates (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, etc.). Maintain scalable design systems for sales assets. Evaluate and manage design tools, multimedia resources, and asset libraries. Event, Demo, and Tradeshow Visual Support Lead design for major events, conference decks, demo visuals, and tradeshow materials. Build executive keynote presentations and high-visibility visual assets. Other Responsibilities Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 3- 8+ years of professional experience in presentation design, visual communication, creative direction, or adjacent design disciplines (e.g., brand design, content design, marketing design). Proven track record developing highstakes executive and clientfacing presentations, particularly for new business pitches, enterprise sales cycles, or strategic internal communications. Extensive experience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, CSuite) to translate complex business strategies into compelling visual narratives. Handson expertise with presentation and design tools, including PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma—along with familiarity with motion graphics, data visualization, and template systems. Demonstrated ability to build and scale presentation systems, including templates, visual standards, design frameworks, and brandaligned storytelling structures. Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, ideally supporting live pitches, workshops, or real-time executive needs. Experience influencing brand and design strategy, ensuring consistency across all client-facing materials. Background working in a B2B, tech, financial services, consulting, or agency environment preferred, especially roles tied to revenue enablement or strategic communications. Preferred 3 - 5+ years of experience in point-of-sale financing, BNPL, private label credit cards, co-brand credit cards, or other partner lending businesses. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe InDesign. Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement platforms. Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Analytical Skills: Ability to measure content effectiveness and adoption using data-driven insights. Experience with reporting and performance analysis. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. This colleague will own the development of all sales- and client-facing content, oversee competitive and market intelligence, design outbound campaign messaging, and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product. They will ensure consistent messaging across all GTM channels while maintaining a realtime feedback loop to keep our narrative competitive, differentiated, and marketrelevant. Success in this role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills, strong GTM acumen, and the ability to collaborate deeply with internal partners including Business Development, Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Legal. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Narrative Development Create and manage all sales content including playbooks, talk tracks, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and personaspecific materials. Translate complex product, pricing, and market information into clear, compelling, sellerready narratives. Collaborate with Marketing on the development of merchant messaging for advertising, digital content, and integrated campaigns. Maintain brand, voice, and GTM strategy alignment across all sales-facing assets. Build cohesive stories tailored to different buyer personas, industries, and funnel stages. Serve as the internal expert on market dynamics and their implications on messaging and positioning. Sales Enablement & Sales Readiness Develop and deliver sales enablement programs including onboarding, narrative training, and ongoing readiness sessions.
